I have been to bww multiple times, had great experiences before. The most recent time was absolutely terrible. Took 30 minutes to be greeted after being sat. We ordered at the same time as we ordered our drinks. We sat for another half an hour. The table across from us sat down and had finished eating before we received our food. My fiancee got the correct order but I did not. Server stated the kitchen made the wrong order. After paying and reading the receipt I found shed rung in the wrong sandwich. Finally get the correct sandwich without my fries, and salsa instead of marinara. Needless to say will not be stopping in anytime soon. I understand being busy, worked service industry myself, but that was just terrible service, food was terrible.

The service was great and our waitress was super friendly. The fried wings were over done and hard and crunchy. The restaurant was very loud and made it hard to carry on a conversation.

Fries were a complete potato! All stuck together! Couldn't dip them. The nachos didn't have nacho cheese. I tried to order nacho cheese. Nope! No cheese! Nachos were better than I've had for a while though. Disappointed no nacho cheese! Onion rings are good! Mozzarella sticks suck! Store bought seems the same or better. The boneless wings were pretty darn good!!!

I had a hamburger and fries. The bun is too small to support the meat cheese and toppings. Everything kept sliding out of sandwich. It was difficult to eat.

You cannot go wrong with BBQ wings here. The staff was amazing because they actually came back every 5-10 minutes to give drink refills and appetizers. Would come back.

The food here is hit or miss. My wings were great but the fries were cold. There were only a few tables in the whole restaurant so there is no excuse for cold food. The manager that walks around looks like he has zero ambition. The only good thing was our server. She was also bartending. Even though she was busy she was very attentive.

This place I think is the worst BW around it's so funny how bad they are, the food is now the best I'd rather order from McDonalds than here, in fact the fry's here taste like cold leftover McDonald's French fry's which is funny to me, and say u don't want croutons or something in an order or u want to add things they will forget or just not do it, I swear they have all the food cooked in the back and just waiting for people to order it to send it out and when it comes to you it's dry bland cold and sad but the one thing they are consistent about is never getting orders right and to never expect the food u actually order because they always mess it up which is funny but mainly sad

Twice in a row the large fry we ordered was not in the bag. The most recent I went to pick up an online order. Got there at the estimated time and my order wasn't on the rack. Waited about 5 minutes for someone else to ask if I'd been helped and stated I was picking up an online order, which was then found in the door dash section. Made sure to check the bag and sure enough no fries. Staff was quick to grab some but not sure from where cause they needed to be reheated when I got home. Wings were OK but the extra time they sat they obviously weren't hot either.

Been to this one once before, right after moving to the area….soda tea and water tasted disgusting like it was dirty or something. The food was okay. Came back about three months from our first visit, hostess couldn’t tell me how long the wait was 30 mins to an hour she wasn’t sure, asked me if I wanted a booth or table and I said booth, but she then she said oh I can’t actually give you the preferred seat, I just have to ask….weird but when she finally seated us 30 mins later I saw a booth and said can I please have the booth she said oh no sorry that’s for a person who asked for a booth, I said I did and you told me it wasn’t possible, she said it’s not, and walked away…..Not sure if what that was about. My wife and I sat down, ordered queso, that was pretty okay, chips were a bit stale, then ordered wings and they were so dry like they were left under the heat lamp for hours! While I ordered the dry rub, the flavor was so salted down that I couldn’t tell if it had chipotle bbq seasoning at all! All I tasted was salt add that to dry chicken wings, like the chicken was so dry it tasted like a pate in some places and in other part of the wing was dry like jerky just over cooked and I’ll prepared at best. When wings are cooked they should be crispy but juicy… these were either old asf, or left out then reheated in the microwave maybe. Luckily ordered potato wedges and they were seasoned good and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, dipped in ranch or queso made them better! Water has improved, not sure if they cleaned their filtration system or what, but it tasted clean. It was crowded, which I knew it would be, the table set up is horrible. There is hardly room to push your chair back to get out or into it because the tables are so close together, seriously so close three separate tables could be mistaken for a party of 9 it’s crazy! I gave the service a 3 star because it was busy but the waitress was nice and someone came to check on us in between when she did. Food is honestly a 2 star because all in all it was mediocre at best! It’s Buffalo Wild Wings, so their wings should be on point and they aren’t at all! They get a 2 star on the food cause the queso was okay and the potato wedges were okay. 2 for atmosphere because I felt like I was a sardine with how closely packed they had the tables! All in all it was a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Not the place or the food.
