This place I think is the worst BW around it's so funny how bad they are, the food is now the best I'd rather order from McDonalds than here, in fact the fry's here taste like cold leftover McDonald's French fry's which is funny to me, and say u don't want croutons or something in an order or u want to add things they will forget or just not do it, I swear they have all the food cooked in the back and just waiting for people to order it to send it out and when it comes to you it's dry bland cold and sad but the one thing they are consistent about is never getting orders right and to never expect the food u actually order because they always mess it up which is funny but mainly sad

Twice in a row the large fry we ordered was not in the bag. The most recent I went to pick up an online order. Got there at the estimated time and my order wasn't on the rack. Waited about 5 minutes for someone else to ask if I'd been helped and stated I was picking up an online order, which was then found in the door dash section. Made sure to check the bag and sure enough no fries. Staff was quick to grab some but not sure from where cause they needed to be reheated when I got home. Wings were OK but the extra time they sat they obviously weren't hot either.

Walked and stood for 10 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged by a human. Girl came up, said wait a minute, left and never came back for another 10 minutes. We left

Been to this one once before, right after moving to the area….soda tea and water tasted disgusting like it was dirty or something. The food was okay. Came back about three months from our first visit, hostess couldn’t tell me how long the wait was 30 mins to an hour she wasn’t sure, asked me if I wanted a booth or table and I said booth, but she then she said oh I can’t actually give you the preferred seat, I just have to ask….weird but when she finally seated us 30 mins later I saw a booth and said can I please have the booth she said oh no sorry that’s for a person who asked for a booth, I said I did and you told me it wasn’t possible, she said it’s not, and walked away…..Not sure if what that was about. My wife and I sat down, ordered queso, that was pretty okay, chips were a bit stale, then ordered wings and they were so dry like they were left under the heat lamp for hours! While I ordered the dry rub, the flavor was so salted down that I couldn’t tell if it had chipotle bbq seasoning at all! All I tasted was salt add that to dry chicken wings, like the chicken was so dry it tasted like a pate in some places and in other part of the wing was dry like jerky just over cooked and I’ll prepared at best. When wings are cooked they should be crispy but juicy… these were either old asf, or left out then reheated in the microwave maybe. Luckily ordered potato wedges and they were seasoned good and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, dipped in ranch or queso made them better! Water has improved, not sure if they cleaned their filtration system or what, but it tasted clean. It was crowded, which I knew it would be, the table set up is horrible. There is hardly room to push your chair back to get out or into it because the tables are so close together, seriously so close three separate tables could be mistaken for a party of 9 it’s crazy! I gave the service a 3 star because it was busy but the waitress was nice and someone came to check on us in between when she did. Food is honestly a 2 star because all in all it was mediocre at best! It’s Buffalo Wild Wings, so their wings should be on point and they aren’t at all! They get a 2 star on the food cause the queso was okay and the potato wedges were okay. 2 for atmosphere because I felt like I was a sardine with how closely packed they had the tables! All in all it was a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Not the place or the food.

I like their food but this location has inconsistencies in their food prep and you definitely need to check your to-go order before leaving. They've messed up my order more times than not.

All you can eat wings on Wednesdays, what a joke?!? Waiting 45 minutes for our first order of wings and then repeatedly asked if we want more (heck yeah) and still never got anymore delivered to our table, is more like all you can’t eat! The strawberry lemonade was fantastic, but, I’ll go with the plain lemonade if there is a next time-and get free refills, considering we paid and hardly got anything to eat. Very sad B-dubs! Very sad!

After having several not so great experiences at several different locations of BWW's.. this one surpassed our expectations. Damian was our server and did an outstanding job! He stopped by our table many times, asking if we needed anything, such as sauces, refills, etc. We wish this was our experience at every BWW location.. our food came out very quick with no complaints. Not sure why there are negative reviews as of lately as our experience today was exceptional!

I'm sure if I went in and ate i would have better serve. Everytime I order double the beer cheese with everything knots I only get one. Also ordered sweet bbq wings and they were naked with out sauce. I know its not the door dash fault. But I stopped ordering door dash from b dubs cause my order always has something wrong

Took our family there for an event. The food was great. I would highly recomend the cauliflower wings and the sample plater. The sauces are awesome in general.
From a DoorDash Driver perspective. Every order takes about 25 min. Drivers are given roughly 10min past the promised order ready time. Long wait times at restaurants can negatively impact a drivers standings and customer raiting. If the order continues to take too long the driver can receive a late pickup contract violation. 5 'CV's is termination. I don't understand why this restaurant refuses to adjust its DoorDash Lead time. If customers stop compensating drivers for BWW wait times you may see a boycot of their services.

Paid for touch tunes that didn’t play. Asked two employees and said we were hearing mostly commercials because the brewers game was on?? If I wanted to listen to men Yap I would just stay home. Then we let another guy know that it was loud and annoying he said he would turn it down…. He didn’t and the brewers weren’t starting for another 20 mins. Anyway the brewers lost and Bdubs sucks for this. Terrible environment. There’s tvs everywhere Bob Uker IS DEAD we don’t need the new announcers clogging up our ears. Please no more announcing. Music only.
