I did a take out order. Food was very hot, was still hot after a 20 minute ride to my house. Food was just as ordered, looked great and tasted great also. Hostess and take out ladies were friendly and attentive. This was my first take out experience here. I have dined in before and all times have had great experiences.

Order an IPA and the waitress comes back and says they don't have but bartender recommends a Blue Moon as closest substitute. No thanks I'll order! Well they don't have that one either. I'll stick with water at this point. No celery with order and then they split the check without asking. Pay together but instead of ringing up again they bring both receipts for me to sign. Thinking it's worth the drive to Brown Deere for Wing Stops going forward!

The host was not friendly. The people behind the to-go station did not smile or welcome us. Our server was nice but somewhat inattentive. The food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was dry and rubbery & the fries were disappointing. They looked as if they were freezer burnt and then cooked. Equivalent to McDonalds fries after they sit under the heat lamp for 6hrs. Over all a disappointing visit. The food here used to be really good and well prepared.

Apparently now they're charging 99¢ per dipping sauce for the wings. Not even a single one included.
This is my last straw. This stuff is already over priced and under qualitied (that's what I said), not including the dipping sauce with the wings is the end of my patience. 99¢ for a little cup of sauce is robbery.
The food has always been hit-or-miss here, more miss than hit, but it's always been convenient and just barely good enough.
Gotta draw a line somewhere, it's right here for us. We normally eat here 2 or 3 times a month. not anymore. Bye bw3 .

We have been here many times. Today felt different. The person taking table reservations seemed like she did not know where she was and had never put someone on a wait list before. She constantly looked at the close-to-empty dinning room as every table was full of dirty dishes and cups that had not been bussed. It took forever to get our food and we had to ask if it was ready after 38 minutes. We were a table of two adults and 2 kids. When our food came, the fries were warm, not hot and my wrap was all dried out and felt like it had been sitting for sometime. We did say something to our server and were told the kitchen manager was new. As we left at 2pm on a Saturday, the entry way was full of standing people waiting and about 75% of the tables were empty, but dirty. We did not see any staff clearing tables. There was food all over the floors. We will not be back and I would not recommend.

Ordered wings, a sandwich, mozzarella sticks and cheese curds to go on their app and the order was supposed to be ready at 7:00. I arrived at 7:00 and waited until 7:27 for my order. While I waited, others received wrong orders, and people were coming in to pick up parts of their order that were forgotten. The staff wasn't exactly friendly while we were all waiting either. Food was ice cold when I got it. Thank God I wasn't on break at work, I never would've had time to get food and eat it.

I have been to bww multiple times, had great experiences before. The most recent time was absolutely terrible. Took 30 minutes to be greeted after being sat. We ordered at the same time as we ordered our drinks. We sat for another half an hour. The table across from us sat down and had finished eating before we received our food. My fiancee got the correct order but I did not. Server stated the kitchen made the wrong order. After paying and reading the receipt I found shed rung in the wrong sandwich. Finally get the correct sandwich without my fries, and salsa instead of marinara. Needless to say will not be stopping in anytime soon. I understand being busy, worked service industry myself, but that was just terrible service, food was terrible.
