Very disappointed. They were not busy, service was extremely slow, took forever and just ordered soup. Soup was good but that is all that was good there. No refill brought after asking 2 times and had to go to the front to get my bill. Was brushed off even then after saying something. Lots of staff also, they were standing around talking.

Haven't been here in many years but after a friend had recently and had great food, etc. 1000x improved and really impressed. Fast service and the food is very very good. Afternoon-ish not too busy and fast service. Got the 2 pretzels app and it w sauce was yummm. Also got the hot chicken sandwich, fixings bar is also still there fully stocked! I'll have to go for the fish fry or Sunday brunch as I'm definitely stopping again soon.

They have excellent wrap sandwiches for lunch.
The only bothersome thing was that we saw an open garbage container right by where the servers get the food from the cooks before serving customers. That doesn't seem proper or up to code. Our table was right by that so it bothered us.

Food is delicious. Went twice in the past 2 weeks. Their chicken dumpling soup and sweet potato fries are my favorites. Good wraps and sandwiches also. Had two different waitresses the two times I was there, and they were both excellent!

This place has stepped up its game in the last few years. The food and service is very good. I remember coming here several years ago a couple of times (I live in the neighborhood behind this establishment) and the service was awful. So great job manager, cooks, and waitresses. Tonight i had the fish fry haddock beer batter. 10 out of 10. Pizza appetizer 10 out of 10. Fries 10 out of 10. The server (sorry forgot her name) awesome. Thank you for the great meal.
We miss the charcoal grill that used to be on the boarder of Waukesha and New Berlin. The pizza burger is delicious! Our server and the host were welcoming.

The restaurant seems to have had a little refresh to address some things we had previously noted. As usual, our meals were very good. The nagging issue seems to always be service here. More often that not, we leave wondering why we chose to subject ourselves to it. It was between meals slow time yet we felt abandoned. Got our drinks, waitress went to socialize with a customer at the bar while we sat staring in awe, food ordered, then sat in the pass while she was off somewhere, another server was scolding the cooks about clean up(?), food finally arrives, servers talking across the room, nap time as we wait for server to ever come back from wherever she was. It was mind boggling. The food is good, the value is pretty good, the service can be a mess.
