This pick up was terrible. Order was supposed to be done by 6pm i didn't receive my order til way after. No apology nothing food was cold . They used to be really good but now its not even recognized if its less than what you deserve.

I go here a couple times a month only because there’s no other place to go for a quick Chinese order!! I normally go to JACKSON and I love love love everything about JACKSON!! But this place… Not so great!! So about a month ago, I went in for a shrimp fried rice. All I want was a pint, but of course they don’t sell it by the pint. They sell it by the court, which is almost $12 and then I asked them to put sprouts in it and she charged me an extra $.50 so by the time we were done my bill came to almost $13 for a fried rice. It was the worst fried rice I ever had it was overdone mushy no flavor, etc. I called up. They gave me a credit and I told them I wouldn’t be able to get back in there for several weeks and they said that was OK so today I went in. ! Told the girl at the counter I had a Credit she didn’t look happy at all. She barely greeted at me. She looked like she’s mad at the world. She finally found mine and I told her it should be over $12 because you charged me for sprouts on my last order so I proceeded to order but everything was so expensive. They’re so overpriced there!! Every other place that I go to like this… Plymouth, Wisconsin has an awesome Chinese like this way better Cedarburg has one way better. JACKSON isn’t like this. JACKSON is the best in the area next to places in Milwaukee.!!! When she got done taking my order, it came to $27 and I’m like what she said then she told me what was on the order and I said I told you no I didn’t want Rangoon because it was nine dollars for four pieces or something like that ridiculous!!! So she absolutely looked frustrated and took it off when I paid her. She basically just kind of threw the receipt at me and said sign it and then when my food came out, she said have a nice day, but she really didn’t mean it because she looks super angry and just kind of slid the bag over to me!! Have to say if you don’t like serving people because that’s what you’re supposed to be doing when you have a restaurant and you need to find another place of employment!!! Or get over your anger!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody

Found this place by accident, and it turned out to be my new favorite Chinese take-out! Food was still hot when I got home, and the portions are more than generous. Delicious in every way!
