I ordered the sweet and sour shrimp. The shrimp was really over cooked. It was hard as a rock. First time I ever went here, and never again.

Absolutely awful, the sweet and sour chicken was deep fried greasy breaded chicken, with an orange sauce that was not sweet or sour. No pineapple, or veggies.

The Singapore Mei fun tasted absolutely terrible!!!! More spices than food. All clumped together and not mixed in. Second time in a month!!!

Since moving to west bend in may 2023, my family has been looking for a good chinese place. We knew moving from milwaukee and Chicago, it would be a hard find. We look for all typical signs of a good chinese place iykyk. This place has it all and more. Ordered the sesame chicken, sweet and sour pork, and special combination. All delicious and will definitely be visiting this place many more times

Worst lunch I ever had. Ordered lunch of pepper steak and onions and chicken lo Mein. Both had very very little meat. My entre was so salty I couldn’t even eat it. First time posting anything but had to post this. Terrible at best. Will never go back.

We got take out. The good and bad of it. The service was great. My General tso chicken was excellent. The lo mein was not so good. The noodles were overcooked and there was no flavor. The crab ragoons were good, but the sauce was different (we didn't care for it). The chicken fried rice was good. I don't know if there are different cooks or different owners, but I will try again because this was our favorite place.

I’ve ordered from here before and the food is always fine besides the fact that they don’t have water chestnuts or bamboo shoots as options for their meals. I still order from them though because they are close. This time however, I ordered online as I usually do and they didn’t have the order when I got there so I placed it again when I got there. The total wasn’t the same as it was online and she said it was because I added almonds and carrots but it was a bigger difference than that but I let them make it and when it was done it wasn’t right. She made one of the meals twice instead of one of the appetizers which is where the dollar amount was incorrect. It was very frustrating and I have learned my lesson now. I will drive to Jackson in the future.

Hands down, the highest quality Chinese food in West Bend. Chinatown has been in West Bend for well over 30 years and is a staple in the community for good reason.Edit for 2023: Chinatown has been making their spicy dishes hotter than in the past. What a welcome change, you guys are killing it! I love your Singapore Mei Fun!!
