I’ve been waiting for one in the WB for 15 years. My chicken burrito was so big I needed two wraps!

$12 for half a pound of rice wrapped up as a burrito... maybe a quarter cup of beans, a slight drizzling of corn salsa and roughly 6 shards of steak as your "protein." Genuinely my fist time eating at Chipotle, absolutely not impressed.Less than 300 feet away is a Qdoba, kitty corner to the Chipotle, which would be a significantly better option if you find yourself craving a burrito.

I enjoy the freshness of Chipotle ingredients. Staff is great and food is good. Happy to finally have Chipotle in West Bend

Staff cares more about talking amongst themselves and coming up with excuses to customers on why their service is so terrible rather then working on making their service

horrible. for how much i payed here the burrito was half the size of my PHONE and the large queso was half empty.i have had other horrible experiences with the food but i keep going back because i have also had great experiences. it is clearly children running the place and don’t care how other peoples food turns out. PLUS when you try to call the place the phone number dosnt even work so i can get no type of compensation. VERY disappointed.

Definitely not as good as Qdoba and way more pricey.

Walked in with the family. There was one person in front of us and they had just finished paying. I stepped up ready to order and no one acknowledged us. A person cooking looked at us then walked away. A couple other employees looked at us and hid. So we left.

The entire staff were teenagers and they seemed very undertrained. Prices too high for small quantity and mid tier food. My chips were stale and cold and when I received another bag they were again stale and cold. The queso tasted like clam chowder soup and wasn’t enjoyable in any way. Wouldn’t recommend going here unless you wanna throw up later.(go to qdoba across the street please)

For fast food that is made with quality ingredients, I find Chipotle to be the perfect to go option for burritos and bowls. I have been going to Chipotle since they opened in the early 2000’s. I am so glad one opened in West Bend! Price reflects quality ingredients, freshness, and simplicity.

Very young staff that choose to talk with each other verses service to the customer. The young lady that assisted us did a great job. However, was visibly and vocally stressed because of the lack of teamwork from her peers. No proper training for young staff. Along with no direction from leadership within the building. I do not blame the young staff. I blame a leadership that cannot train and motivate their staff for the poor service and quality of food. This location brought a lot of hype within the community. However, the lack of training and leadership has already sunk this brand new ship. How does a mexican resturant give out stale chips at $7.45 for queso and chips. I was better off going over to the walmart and getting queso and chips.

$1.70 each upcharge for queso?! And a $2.80 upcharge each for guacamole?! Never going again our burrito and bowl with no drinks cost us $30! Going to qdoba where the food is better and costs %40 less.

The food was tasty. But price is high compared to competitors. Also, would prefer to order nachos vs a burrito or tacos, as it's easier to share. The portion is huge, couldn't eat half of it. Would prefer a smaller portion with a smaller price

For being a newly opened place, you'd think it would be cleaner. Service was slow, food was cold but to top it all off - I found a hair in my food. I won't be back....ever.
