This Cousins Sub does a great job- Efficient-Friendly-Helpful- The Manager cares very much about the Community- and thats Very Important- When getting subs in West Bend- make sure you go to the Cousins location off of Paradise Drive- close to Menards- you will be glad you patronized that location.

Ordered a sub online (meatball and provolone) on 11-26-25. Arrived at the store in the instructed timeframe to find the sub was not ready, or even started. (The 3 employees did appear to be in a rather involved discussion, so I guess it is what it is) Eventually received my sub and drove the 6 minutes home. Opened the sub and observed the cheese not melted as it usually would be. Took a bite and realized the meatballs were definitely not hot, and not even warm. Tossed the sub in the trash. From a past similar incident a year+ ago, I assumed someone had turned off or turned down the meatballs and marinara.
I had been to this store other occasions and mostly found it to be ok. The occasional messed up order, forgetting a side, no napkins in the bag, mediocre service etc. Those issues seemed to generally be a one off and not a pattern.
Filled out a surgery online as the receipt indicated to do and agreed to be contacted for follow up. After over two weeks, not a peep.
I truly like going to cousins for subs. However, this store seems to be consistently inconsistent.
It’s a shame too, it’s close to where I work and live. I’ll probably give them another try but geez…. You guys are slipping up on completely preventable things.

There are two Cousin’s locations in town. Based on previous visits, I prefer the location on Paradise Drive. They are clean, professional, and always greet me when I come in. My order is always prepared accurately and quickly. I highly recommend them!

Very disappointed... ordered a sub and asked for NO onions. Get home and there's so much onions on this sub it's out of control.... was for my pregnant fiance and she hates onions. Now I wanted all that money on a sub that's not going to be eaten... and they closed after I left and got home. So I'm stuck with a sub that's not going to be touched. I don't know if I will ever go back to this location.

I object to the automatic tip charge. I got charged 20% automatically. I never punched any button, but I was charged. I'm very disappointed with COUSINS.

I went in with a gift card from my boss. I ordered the cheese curds. They are so good! Everything was good! The place was clean and they were friendly. I will be back.
Great stop. The workers were nice and the food came out very quickly. Lots of room to sit. Price is right, and the sandwiches were large. I will stop again.

The cashier was prejudiced. She greeted everyone in line and as soon as me and my sister was up next she stood there as if no one was in front of her. I can not think of any other reason she would treat me that way considering we were the only colored people. On a positive note, the food was great!

I walked in and overheard the cashier that took my order making fun of me and other customers that called in ahead of time to see if they were open for memorial day. I'm not gonna spend my money at a place where I get made fun of by the staff.
