There are two Cousin’s locations in town. Based on previous visits, I prefer the location on Paradise Drive. They are clean, professional, and always greet me when I come in. My order is always prepared accurately and quickly. I highly recommend them!

Very disappointed... ordered a sub and asked for NO onions. Get home and there's so much onions on this sub it's out of control.... was for my pregnant fiance and she hates onions. Now I wanted all that money on a sub that's not going to be eaten... and they closed after I left and got home. So I'm stuck with a sub that's not going to be touched. I don't know if I will ever go back to this location.

The cashier was prejudiced. She greeted everyone in line and as soon as me and my sister was up next she stood there as if no one was in front of her. I can not think of any other reason she would treat me that way considering we were the only colored people. On a positive note, the food was great!

I walked in and overheard the cashier that took my order making fun of me and other customers that called in ahead of time to see if they were open for memorial day. I'm not gonna spend my money at a place where I get made fun of by the staff.

Today I tried to order food for my mom who lives in West Bend through Door Dash unfortunately if you live all the way near Dallas, Texas, the Food Service Apps don't work for ya that way. I decided to call to see if the store could take my order for me so I could surprise my mother whom has been going through hell with chemo treatments to have some lunch delivered to her. I wanted to give Zach (I hope I spelled your name correctly) a special shot out. He took my order and said he could have it delivered to my mother across the street (kinda). Zach I give you absolutely 100 STARS for helping me making my mother feel special and loved today. The amount of side affects and exertion she has experienced the last several months alone have been unbearablefor her to do things..this made her month she said. To make things even more amazing Zach had this lunch delivered in around 15 minutes from time of taking my order. God Bless you young man. My mom always goes into this place when she feeling good. So she will never forget you. Thank you for being our Special Person today!!

I tasted the new cheese fries but they had cheese curds mixed in? I am assuming someone's not watching what they are serving or if they are dropped in same baskets? I do not like cheese curds. Fries were cold, some were not even done, soggy. Hardly no cheese on a large. Curds were stuck really hard onto the fries. That's a fail.Disappointed. .

I have been told that only the south side cousins along with other south restaurants give monthly welcome coupons to certain household's in Washington County how come north side cousins doesn't accept those monthly coupons and I thought the welcome committee only sends those put to new Residents I'm wondering why my friends get them monthly in Newburg AreaW
