I haven’t eaten here, but the service has been terrible. I’m a DoorDash and uber eats deliver driver and I’ve been to this location a few times. The first time I had to listen to them complain about all the orders and what they don’t like about their job. My second experience was worse. I nicely asked a worker if my order was ready and he got an attitude about all the orders he already had to do. I left and picked up another order to come back and it still wasn’t ready. I sat there waiting by the register. There’s a wall near that area and I was resting my arms on it and was rudely told to remove my arms off it. There was no reason for it at all and at that point it came off very petty and childish.

Ordered a 20 pack (the price will make you cringe 😬). Was ready on time and more importantly, the order was correct (I omitted many things from each sandwich.) . Was very impressed!

I went here a couple days ago and it was awful. I ordered pickup at 2 pm with the promise of my food being ready at 2:30. I showed up at 2:45 and they were still making my food. Didn’t get it until 2:50 and they didn’t hand me my drink then disappeared in the back for a couple minutes while I was still standing there. They didn’t come out until another person walked in, then the lady at the counter was rude and asked me what I was waiting for. I told her I needed my drink and she handed me the wrong size when I played extra for a large, but I didn’t have time to wait around for that crap so I just left. On top of that there was maybe a couple pieces of lettuce in my blt.

Literally pulled this hair from between layers of the Italian Special ordered. The individual working did not have their hair pulled back and hanging over the subs they were preparing. Reasonably requested a refund, provided contact details that the worker asked and said the owner would call/email but we were never contacted nor refunded. This was a restaurant we frequented, but after this experience, we won't be anymore. I thought the public deserved to be notified about the level of hygiene this location used while preparing our food and customer service provided, or lack thereof. It was suggested, and I'll repeat it here, that it would be good cleanliness practice to pull one's hair back in a ponytail to avoid these mistakes in the future and if this does happen again, please do right by your customer(s) and refund them. Hold yourself to a respectable standard.

The 2 people that were working there were the best 2 that I've ever came across, ever. It was a Monday night at closing. It was a guy and a gal. And they were so thoughtful, and courteous and made my dying friends mom day. Nice job you 2. Customer 4 life

They messed my up sub forgetting requested add-ins, then stated to explain why it was my fault when I brought it to their attention instead of just adding the items they forgot in the sub. Never going back
