I come to this location often with my kids. The food and service are typically always amazing. I just wanted to leave this review because my kids and I came in last Thursday morning and ordered a drink and two donuts. It was clear they were swamped, no big deal, and everybody was doing their absolute best to keep up with orders. However, the woman with the purple hair who I assume is a manager yelled numerous times at different staff members who clearly were working very hard to ensure customers would receive their orders. I hope the staff sees this and knows they are amazing at what they do and don’t deserve to be treated like that. To the lady with the purple hair, do better. That was not only extremely unprofessional to do in front of customers, but also a great way to lose amazing staff members. I hope you learn from this mistake and learn how to talk respectfully to your staff in the future.

I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had today, Saturday, February 31, 2026, at the Dunkin’ Donuts location in West Bend, Wisconsin, around 5:35 p.m. When my sister and I arrived, the employee working at the register was looking into the cash drawer and did not acknowledge us at all. When she finally looked at us, she did not say hello or greet us in any way—she simply said, “What do you want?” This immediately felt rude and unwelcoming. We ordered five drinks, but she only gave us four. Even though the interaction had already been uncomfortable, I still left a tip when I paid. When we politely let her know that one drink was missing, she became upset and told us that she had not charged me for the fifth drink. I responded calmly and told her I would pay for it. After I paid, she took the receipt and threw it away without asking if I wanted it. Throughout the entire interaction, her attitude was rude and dismissive. I truly do not understand how someone treating customers this way is placed in a customer service role. People choose to come to Dunkin’ Donuts because they expect friendly service, but experiences like this make customers question whether they want to return at all. This is not the first time I have received poor service at this location. The first time, I chose to ignore it because everyone can have a bad day. However, basic courtesy—such as saying “hi” or speaking respectfully—should always be expected. We did not even feel comfortable asking about drink options because she appeared so angry. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Customer service is a major reason people choose where to spend their money, and this experience was extremely discouraging.

Very disappointed. We came here on Saturday, January 10th around 10 a.m. I ordered ahead on the app and only ordered two drinks. When we went through the drive-thru, we were told they were still working on the order and to pull up to the second window.
We sat there for about 20 minutes while multiple cars behind us received their drinks before we did. Eventually, we got out of line and I went inside, our drinks were already made and just sitting on the counter.

I put am order in for munchkins 25 Asked for blueberry glaze and chocolate. Got 23 total and it's only 2 flavors chocolate 12 and 11 blueberry. We specifically asked for the 3 flavors should been 8 8 and 9 for 25 total. Now we don't have what we ordered for Christmas morning. Did take a photo

The holiday season TV ads for the Dunkin' Munchkins made me hungry for sum. These Munckins are mouth watering good. I enjoyed the crunchy X-Mas sprinkles. These donut holes are a guilty pleasure. You can get donut holes at your local grocery store. But, the best of the best is at Dunkin' Check out the West Bend location and indulge your need for sum mouth watering Munchkins.

Food always comes out great, but I just started coming here recently because I just started getting my kids every Sunday and they love Dunkin’ Donuts so instead of having Dunkin’ Donuts in Milwaukee where they live I bring them to my City West Bend where every time we come to the drive-through we are rushed through our order the attendant Always has a huge attitude you can hear it in their voice. You feel very uncomfortable while ordering and it is getting kinda annoying. I thought it was gonna be a one time thing the last time we went last Sunday, but this Sunday today when we went same thing attitude from the speaker. We get to the window and they are rushing us to pay also with an attitude and they literally rush you through your order so they really are not listening to what you’re telling them I told them that I wanted three French crullers two frosted chocolate donuts and one white frosted doughnut and they put in two frosted white donuts, two chocolate donuts, and two French crullers I would’ve probably spent more if I wasn’t rushed through my order and made me feel very uncomfortable and on top of that, the food was cold. I put in a mobile order for two dozen donuts, specifically the vanilla frosted with sprinkles, chocolate frosted with sprinkles, and strawberry frosted with sprinkles. When I went to pick it up, I was informed they were not able to fulfill my order because they only had certain donuts available. I explained that this order was for my daughter's school and who I assume was the manager substituted 125 munchkins instead of the donuts. I was very happy with this substitution and I'm so grateful she gave me some grace on the short notice order! Much appreciated Dunkin!
