I put in a mobile order for two dozen donuts, specifically the vanilla frosted with sprinkles, chocolate frosted with sprinkles, and strawberry frosted with sprinkles. When I went to pick it up, I was informed they were not able to fulfill my order because they only had certain donuts available. I explained that this order was for my daughter's school and who I assume was the manager substituted 125 munchkins instead of the donuts. I was very happy with this substitution and I'm so grateful she gave me some grace on the short notice order! Much appreciated Dunkin!

And then the parking lot might be the worst parking lot I have ever seen. It would be easier to walk to this location. You could get trapped for 20 minutes in here.

I typically go to dunkin almost every morning and decided to try their pumpkin spiced latte. I asked for a medien with no ice. This is what they handed to me. The drink itself was around $5-$6. It was barley half way full. I get not adding as much coffee since there was no ice, but this is just ridiculous. Other than the coffee issue, the staff are usually pretty friendly (especially this older woman in the drive through).
Great customer service friendly staff clean place aswell.

Every time I walk in employees are yelling and complaining about/to each other and even cussing, and when I went in for my $5 meal they charged me $8 which I can somewhat understand because I got a cold brew instead of a regular iced coffee but when I asked to change it before I paid they wouldn’t let me. Also, nowhere on their signs or advertisement does it specify regular iced coffee.

We arrived at 2pm (8 hours before closing) and asked for half a dozen donuts. The employee then responded with, “umm. We don’t have many donuts. Let me check.”
She came back to tell us that they had 5 glazed donuts, 1 strawberry frosted, 2 blueberry donut and 1 apple pie donut.
Really?! They only had 9 donuts in their entire store. How can that be?? We left and went to kwik trip.

We noticed gnats on the chocolate frosted donuts. They were flying all over them while in the display box. When told, the employee looked and them and thanked us for telling her. She then proceeded to leave all of them out for sale. Don't buy any of those today! How disgusting!
