My favorite place to go and be told there's no doughnuts, even though its a weekday at 10 am...better yet, they say theyre probably gonna make some more but they don't know when or how long that may take. We get told this literally 2 or 3 times a week, meanwhile 7 people are making an ice coffee for one person in the drive thru....what a joke.

Went this morning I was told I was not allowed to purchase the Halloween munchkin bucket empty alone but when I called the lady said yes you can for $2. I also called corporate after this, I was told yes you can purchase the buckets AT ALL DUNKIN unfilled alone if you choose. You do not have to buy the munchkins filled bucket. They were going to find out who owns that franchise, call to let them know. Went to Cedarburg had no issues, Milwaukee had no issues. I made sure to buy many to make sure they got a good sale since locally my store lied, said you can't. Such a shame. Went all to children's hospital, Ronald house so the kids can enjoy with their costumes, trick or treat fun in house.
I went thare and i had a gitf card from my orthodontist that had 5 doller on it and the mager say it was not working and then he got me a other card with his own money. ????

You can't pay with a card without being asked for a tip! At a donut shop! And by mid-morning they're almost out of donuts. And once I asked for a blueberry muffin, received a blueberry donut, pointed out her mistake, and she argued with me!

Sue who works in the drive thru window has always got such an awesome personality & is always smiling!! She is the reason why i go back every morning ? Even when you dont go thru the drive thru and she sees someone she sees regularly she takes the time even when busy. to say hello! & she also gave me a sample of the Mixed Berry smoothie. & now i get it every once in a while.
