I put in a mobile order for two dozen donuts, specifically the vanilla frosted with sprinkles, chocolate frosted with sprinkles, and strawberry frosted with sprinkles. When I went to pick it up, I was informed they were not able to fulfill my order because they only had certain donuts available. I explained that this order was for my daughter's school and who I assume was the manager substituted 125 munchkins instead of the donuts. I was very happy with this substitution...

I typically go to dunkin almost every morning and decided to try their pumpkin spiced latte. I asked for a medien with no ice. This is what they handed to me. The drink itself was around $5-$6. It was barley half way full. I get not adding as much coffee since there was no ice, but this is just ridiculous. Other than the coffee issue, the staff are usually pretty friendly (especially this older woman in the drive through).

I've always had great experiences at this Dunkin. I have the app, which makes special modifications super easy if that's what you need. I've never had an issue with any modifications and they've always been accurate to my request, all of the drinks are delicious!

If they don't have specific donuts, they tell you and then tell you what they do have. Not a big deal if you don't get what you initially wanted, people!
