I'm in crutches and he was nice enough to bring my food to the table closest to trash napkins and bathroom. Very very nice employee. Great job. The lady who made my naked burrito had poor English. But she was trying so hard with her saying some of the words. Great work guys. A+“

“Service at the counter was good. Why are we forced to click past the give a tip to pay? Frustrating.

Staff were walking thru restaurant cleaning tables, pushing in chairs, etc. It all looked well kept. Just not very friendly- like a hello or do you need anything else?

Overall restaurant looks old and dated- I hadn’t been to this location in a few years and it looks the same. They do have gender neutral bathrooms??

I was a huge fan of their Alfredo Montemore but sadly it is off the menu. The Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo Parm Chicken isn’t at all like that -“

“Very disappointed in Coffeeville bakery lately. My husband had a cinnamon roll and I had a peanut butter muffin. This was on Sunday. Both bakery pieces were extremely dry and obviously not fresh. Bakery prices are very high these days, that being said, I expect fresh bakery at a coffee shop. The coffee was very good.“
