The service here was awful. The food was decent. However, it took them almost an hour to get us our food. The ambiance was bad. In the background, there was a manager screaming at her employees.
Generally I love coming here as my family has done quite a bit. But tonight I had a long brown hair curled around my mushroom in my pasta and had to throw it away. I was disgusted and couldn't stomach anything else.

The worker made my experience extraordinary! She was so kind. When my brother brought in a Cousins shake, instead of getting mad and kicking him out, she just goes, "dang, a shake? And you didn't bring me one!?" SO AWESOME!
