We ordered ONE sub sandwich, two bags of.chips and a pickle for delivery. It took over an hour to get our food, even though we live less than 2 miles from the restaurant! I called them after about 50 minutes, asking about the status of the order. I was told it was on its way. It was more than 15 minutes after the call that we FINALLY got the food! No apology was offered. After this experience, I will not return to the West Bend Jimmy John's!

This place be hit or miss. Lettuce was stale, soggy, old, turkey tasted funny,, bread was stale.. they didn't add extra ingredients. I'm just going to stop going in the evenings, late evenings because that time they never can get it together.

It's like this location keeps going downhill. I have received deliveries within 5-10 minutes. I don't live far. But recent orders, it keeps getting longer. So far it's 30 minutes and I'm still waiting. The jimmy johns is not the same. Please do better.

You ask for a sub cut in half, you'll receive a sub not cut in half. You ask for extra onions, you get less onions than you would have originally received on the sub. You ask for napkins, you get none. Delivery takes way too long. Although they deliver a couple orders at once, I thought it was "Subs so Fast You'll Freak." We consistently order #9. That is not the type of sub you want to eat after sitting 15-20 mins plus the travel time. Its been a fun run but gladly moving to Cousins and Firehouse. Hope you guys do better.

I am just in shock. I ordered delivery and it has been pouring rain all day and still is. Rather than knock on my door the brilliant driver left it on my front porch in the rain. Nowhere on my order did I request contact less delivery. Needless to say I only found this out when I called to see why my order was taking so long. I now have 4 soaking wet subs. An apology just doesn't cut it.
