You ask for a sub cut in half, you'll receive a sub not cut in half. You ask for extra onions, you get less onions than you would have originally received on the sub. You ask for napkins, you get none. Delivery takes way too long. Although they deliver a couple orders at once, I thought it was "Subs so Fast You'll Freak." We consistently order #9. Need more polite employees, even tho I am a me&mber will b a long time go before I go back, should b automatic bag, napkins for any sub instead of napkins off handing you your order. Customer in front of me had a number of subs, no bag, no napkins, I grabbed my bag & napkins myself off of counter

It's like this location keeps going downhill. I have received deliveries within 5-10 minutes. I don't live far. But recent orders, it keeps getting longer. So far it's 30 minutes and I'm still waiting. The jimmy johns is not the same. Please do better.
