Took 2 hours to get our food because they forgot about us. Still charged us full price. Won't be back.

First time there. Wonderful decor and music. Wait Staff very attentive. Thought the wait for food was a bit long. The add on shrimp was forgotten with the salmon. Oops. Pretty pricey.

Very disappointing experience last night. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation and was told they gave our table away. They wouldnt seat us at an open table because it was for another reservation. 25 minutes later we were finally seated. Drinks are overpriced. 16.50 for a bullet bourbon on the rocks. Meals were supposed to come with salad, we were told they were out of salad. Appetizer of 4 grilled shimp took 45 minutes. Main course took an additional 30 minutes. Steak plates were cold, steak was overcooked and not hot. Asparagus that I ordered didnt come with the strak. When I asked they said they were out. We asked for bread, they said they were out at first but the server came back and said the owner is going to pull some out of the freezer for us, geez thanks. Final bill was $240.00 and had to be sent back because we were charged for food we didnt receive. On the bright side, the server was very nice and we tipped him well. All in all, we will not be back.

1st and foremost, who runs out of bread for table service on a Saturday night when the place is VERY slow. 2nd, when have you ever had to tell your server to please remove the dirty dishes and empty glasses, twice in 1 night. 3rd what type of establishment takes orders for 5 of your most expensive steak, to only turn around and say 4 of you will have to change your order as we are OUT!! And then miracle of miracles, 1 minute later they have all the steaks. Drinks were top notch, and the bartender was super nice. It is too bad the same can not be said for the entire staff. For 1200.00 for 8 people, we will not be returning. And to force a 20 percent gratuity on me is over the top bad business. It will be a big suprise if they are open 1 year from now with this staff. Totally unacceptable!

We had another outstanding meal at Krimmer’s. It’s become our favorite place to go for a nice dinner. One of the best fine dining establishments around! The waitstaff is awesome, very attentive and friendly. Anytime we’ve dined here we always have a pleasant experience. The steaks were cooked to perfection. We love the crab cakes as an app. You can’t go wrong with any of the sides and the strawberry creme brûlée is a must! I highly recommend this place.

Cute little place. Outdoor patio was pretty sad and full of spider webs so sat inside. Crab cakes were delicious! Salad was good but small portions, mushroom soup awesome. Ordered two 10oz strip steaks medium rare and they were cooked very well done which was very disappointing. Very dry and tough to get through. Did let the server know.

We wanted to try dinner here. Their website says they are open until 9 on Mondays. We arrived at 8:10. The front door was wide open, nobody in the front room so we walked back and there was a table eating dinner in the back. We waited about 5 minutes and no employees were to be seen. Finally, I knocked on the kitchen door because I saw two guys in there. I said we were there for dinner but the guy said “sorry, we’re closing”. We went elsewhere and had a nice dinner. Maybe this is the new normal and maybe I’m old-school. If you say you’re open till 9 then that should be the deal. We won’t be going back again.

They’ve raised their prices on their Monday specials (understandable) and don’t even tell you about them unless you ask (only the regular menu was on the table). By the time we got our waiter back with the other menu, the place began to fill to capacity, including a table of 16 loud patrons next to us. The food was good, but no side (potato or even a few veggies) was served with the steak. It also seemed like the two waiters were overwhelmed. The place was packed. In fact, when I finally was able to flag ours down to get the check and dessert to go (we could no longer hear each other speak), he apologized and admitted there were a lot of angry customers. We had to wait another 15 minutes for him to return again with the receipt. I’m glad a local place is doing well, but they were clearly unprepared that evening. They accepted too many reservations, at which point you alienate patrons who expect decent service. Note: I was willing to send them an email instead of this review, but there’s no email info for feedback on their website.

Would not recommend this restaurant. Had 5:30 reservations for a b-day dinner with my husband. Seated in the restaurant and ordered cocktails. Both were wrong but were replaced. Ordered dinner and the salad came 2 minutes after we got our replacement drinks. A party of 16 was seated in the small intimate restaurant and we could not talk across the table. We asked to be moved and we were told that we could move to the patio. 30 minutes later, the waiter dropped our food off. We had no knives, napkins, water and the bottle of wine we had ordered. The waiter apologized and said he would be right back. We watched our steaks get cold as we did not have a knife to cut them. I got up to see if I could get 2 knives and the waiter was taking the order from the table of 16. When he did return, we asked for our meals to be boxed to go. Paid full price for the dinners but we're not charged for the 2 cocktails and the bottle of wine we did not receive. Warmed up $136 worth of food at home.
