Didn’t get greeted even though I said hello.. got stared at as I was looking at the menu. Lady walks away and goes to the back. Comes back to the front with a box, I ask if she was going to take my order.. seeing as though nothing was said to me.. her reply was “I was waiting on you that’s why I went to the back”
How would I have known that? Is this what customer service in the food industry has come to?
Being the general manager for a restaurant myself, I would never allow this.

last few times we ordered here they salt our stuffed crust its not a pretzel crust, your staff keeps messing up. it makes it unedible.

I had order 6 pizzas for my company Christmas party and they only gave me five pizzas. When I notice it I called and the worker was very rude, hanging up the phone on me and when I called back she said I didn’t hang up on you want do you want and then I explain to her I was missing a pizza she was sound very irritated by it and said pick up then and hung up on me again
