Idk why i came back. Every time i come here the people working here are almost so rude you would think they have some sort of grudge against customers. I have never walked into a less welcoming place in my life. I think some reality checks are needed. The girl that struggles to walk was not very warm and very rude. Almost made it seem like my order was a burden on her as nothing was ready she told me it would be 10-15 minutes almost trying to get me talked out of buying anything. Once I said I wanted a pizza and a big sigh and eye roll later. A pizza was brought out not 2 minutes later like the 10-15 minutes was to detour me. I seen her talk to an employee and she was all sunshine and smiles which tells me she’s just like this to CUSTOMERS. Very odd business structure this isn’t the first time I’ve been treated like this here or seen people treated like that. And it’s not just her other employees as well seem to have some sort of grudge against people that walk in the door. it has made it so I almost never come here again and also tell others not to come here as well. The loss of business hopefully will teach everyone there who pays the bills and to treat customers well. I even think some ownership was there when this happened. Poor management I guess.

Everytime I order pizza from there on the weekends they always mess up my order and pizzas are always under cooked waste of time and money. Now I know why most Little Ceasars pizza locations have closed down and a few left.

Food was good, crazy bread was slightly undercooked. I ordered ahead and it was ready when requested. Kiki was very friendly, made sure I got all the sodas I ordered, gave me bags for all the small things and asked if we needed any plates or anything else

Came in during dinner rush today june 18th and everyone was too busy to acknowledge me except for this kind younger girl who was working very hard trying not to burn the pizza's. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer support I received by this young lady. She had her hands full but was Stilll prompt , helpful, and assisted me. I didn't catch her name, but her hair had a blonde undertone. Thank you, and I will be a returning customer.

I ordered a pizza from Little Caesar’s this past week and thought I had chosen the thin crust. When I picked it up, I opened it to make sure it was correct, and found it to be their regular thicker crust. The three young ladies in the store were the most polite and understanding people you would ever hope to meet! They remade my pizza and apologized for it not being correct, even though the mistake was my fault. Our last experience with Little Caesar’s in Grafton was a very unpleasant one. This past weeks venture has changed our minds and will definitely, once again brought Little Caesar’s back up to the top of the list for carry out pizza. Thank you ladies for such great service and for contributing to a quick and hearty meal!
