VERY BUSY.. WAIT WAS LONG & SOME CUSTOMER'S WEREN'T HAPPY BUT HEY WHAT CAN YOU DO WHEN NO ONE WANT'S TO WORK ANYMORE.. PEOPLE AT LC HANDLED IT LIKE A BOSS & GAVE A LITTLE EXTRA TO ALL WHO HAD TO WAIT & CRABBY.. I WAS INCLUDED IN THE EXTRA BUT I WASN'T CRABBY.. I walked in to place an order. The man at the register was very put out to take my order, and the lady in back complained loudly that it was very inconvenient for me to have done so. I understand that working food service sucks because I've spent almost my whole life working in the industry... But that's literally the nature of the industry. People walk in, that's HOW you're paid. I don't mind that they were complaining, because that's ALSO the nature of food service. At least don't do it where the customer can hear.***Update*** they're both now loudly complaining about having to make my order because it's "difficult". Stuffed crust is not hard. I'd do it myself if I had the time.

I’m SO disappointed. Every time the pretzel crust pizza comes back, we order it. It’s delicious! But today, I placed an online order for a pretzel crust and when my boyfriend arrived home with it, I saw that it was a regular crust pizza with cheese sauce and an INSANE amount of salt. I ate a pepperoni from it and actually choked because it was SO salty. (Yes that is SALT not parmesan on the crust.) I called and asked them to remake it and said I would be there in 10 minutes and she said it would be ready when I got there. I drive the 10 minutes over to the other side of town, went in with the old pizza, and the lady yelled back for them to make a pretzel crust and I told her I called and it should be ready already. She asked the girl in the back if someone had called, the girl said yes, and then the first girl came back out and said that they were too busy and that it would be 10 more minutes. 10 minutes later she brought out the pizza with the salt on the side for some reason. She said that they had the wrong salt shaker so they couldn’t do a normal amount of salt. I should have checked that it was correct before I left though, because once I got home and opened it, it was a just a normal pizza with cheese sauce and salt on the side!!!!! Ridiculous!

They make really good pizzas and the bread sticks are some of the best. The guy at the counter was friendly. It is a fast food type of service but it works and is not to expensive.

After having a bad experience with Toppers, I ran to Little Cesar's to pick up pizza for my associates and I for a meeting we had tonight. The lady was very nice and super generous given the situation I was in. She got me 2 pizzas right away along with breadsticks. I wish I got her name, but huge shout out to her. She made my night by getting me pizzas and breadsticks quickly and I got to my meeting on time. My associates thank you as well!
