West Bend and Beaver Dam both great pizza , love the Lite whole wheat crust. But.....The site has always had some kinda glitch. In the past I couldnt get rid of an Ohio store as my favorite, then while in Cleveland it would always try to make me go to a closer one even though I wanted one on the way to Brothers house. Here Ive ordered West Bend then found out it was sent to Beaver dam even after correcting it. Now after ordering it tells me evry time I cant order from this account and I have to log in. Who knows how many bonus points Ive lost with that glitch. Why have those incentives if they dont get recorded ? I might have to try new place in town if it keeps being a fight with the site !

It seems like all there GAFs are just gone. They delivered my last 3 orders cold. I live 5 blocks away. If the food isn't cold something is missing. Arguably one of the best pizza places in town but like everything in WB the service will close them one day. Get your ish together Marcos!!!! It's pizza!!!! How hard can it be?!!!

I ordered a pizza and indicated I wanted it square cut, and my wings well done. I opened my pizza box before I left the store and it was not square cut. I did not have time to wait but I wanted them to know that it was incorrect, so I mentioned it all I wanted was an acknowledgement/apology instead they all just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. No one said anything. Got home my wings were not well done either. Both instructions were printed clearly in large letters on the receipt.

Had Marcos for the first time today and had it delivered. The pizza was really good! Also, they were kind enough to throw in a cinnamon roll because they felt the delivery was lengthy. (which was delicious by the way). I'll be having them again!

Love their pizza! Our family & friends prefer this thin crust pizza when they visit. Not all the same each time.
called 30 minutes before closing ordered food and magically 10 minutes before closing was told that the driver was not getting sent out that far a total of maybe 8 minutes tops because they were closing in 15 minutes so had to rush to get our food within 5 minutes of closing time how ridiculous. they have delivered here multiple times and knew how far of a drive it was if they would’ve said something when we first ordered we wouldn’t have ordered at all
