We ordered the new Mac meals. I got the buffalo chicken ranch mac, and honestly, it's the worst I've ever had.
Chicken had barely any buffalo sauce, and where was the ranch? For as much as I paid, this was a ripoff.
Go elsewhere.

Incompetence at work. Placed a simple order for noodles, chicken, broccoli and spinach with no cheese. I'm pretty sure they made it incorrectly 3 times. Crap management!

Always a winner! I love that you can add shrimp or chicken to any dish 💜I do miss the flatbreads from years ago but that doesn't make me like noodles any less 😁

Service at the counter was good. Why are we forced to click past the give a tip to pay? Frustrating.
Staff were walking thru restaurant cleaning tables, pushing in chairs, etc. It all looked well kept. Just not very friendly- like a hello or do you need anything else?
Overall restaurant looks old and dated- I hadn’t been to this location in a few years and it looks the same. They do have gender neutral bathrooms??
I was a huge fan of their Alfredo Montemore but sadly it is off the menu. The Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo Parm Chicken isn’t at all like that -

My family has noodles at least once a week due to our kids loving it. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and out of the hundreds of times I have come I think only once my food order was wrong and they made up for it with free meals. Friendly staff every visit.

Showed up 3 minutes after pickup time, and food was on time and I was greeted politely, however, why on earth would you put a freezing cold drink IN the bag ON the hot food? My mac & cheese was fridge cold when I opened it right away to take the drink out :(

Place is trash. Dirty! 🤢 Customer service is a joke stood at the counter I was the only one in line. Not a hello how can I help you or nothing. Then had to wait because the register was down. Terrible service they should close this location down or fire all of management.

I walked in tonight to grab my food and I stood standing there for a good couple minutes while the manager stand and spoke to the other staff members about which angle the cameras point not once did she greet me or anyone standing there not once did they stop to realize the customer was waiting at the register they glanced over at me a couple times and proceeded with their conversation waiting for the young lady who runs the register to come back now I’ve been in management for a long time and I’ve had my fair time in fast food and I know customer service 101 chairs if a customer walks into that door I will approach is that counter no matter who is there you turn around and you greet a customer or you let them know that they will be taken care of in just a moment
Out of all the Noodles and Co I have been to, the wait time is horrible.

Way too busy! Ordered over the phone said it would be ready in 15 minutes I waited 45 minutes! Just awful a cook was on her phone when I went in line to see what the wait was all about. Kids are so loud ugh!
