Tables weren't clean
This restaurant needs to pay more attention to their cleanliness. The man cleaning tables was cleaning table tops with a used napkin he picked up at a table. He went from table to table wiping each one with the same small napkin and no disinfectant.
Order was inaccurate. Sandwich was missing items it was supposed to come with and I was given the wrong side. We also had to wait a very long time for our order (which was not a large one) and the place didn't even seem busy. I typically wouldn't mind that if the order had come correct.
We really enjoyed our food today! Jack was very helpful and friendly!
Not bad. However, even when using a coupon provided due to lack of correct order, they still mess up. I'm not sure how that happens, but i guess it does. The food is usually really good, which out does a big portion of the bad service.
Dry sandwich!
You wouldn't think that making soups and sandwiches is akin to rocket science. Apparently, for the people that work here, it is. Ordered three sandwiches via the app, they didn't have the bagel ordered for one so they parked me for 30 minutes. This place is trash.
Not thrilled. We probably won't return 😔!
From a consumer perspective: The food is realy good. Soups, salad, bakery, every thing is good. The prices are getting a little out of hand.
From a DoorDash Driver perspective. One of the slowest places in town to deliver for. The majority of the orders have to be unnasigned due to increased wait times. Long wait times affect a drivers standings with customers and can often lead to late pickup contract violations. I understand good food takes time to make. But I don't understand why they summon drivers 20min early.
Wish the employee can keep hair out of the food.

Do better Panera!!! My husband and I have just gotten used to our order being wrong in some way just about every time we order, which is bad enough, but this time you gave us our food completely without anything my husband ordered. My food was there, but not his. The only thing we were told by the inept staff was that there was no manager on duty tonight. I will make sure to get a hold of a manager at some point or even try to find the owner of the franchise owner. To the staff... please make more of an effort to give people what they order. People pay for things with hard earned money and it really sucks not to get what you paid for. As I mentioned, this is not the first incident. Our orders are literally almost always wrong in some way. Usually we just live with it, but this time we were missing an entire meal. That's just absurd. It's theft! You should be ashamed!
This was my 2nd time visiting this location. The first time there I thought it was great. Tonight, both my and my fiancé’s sandwiches had hair in them. First he noticed one in his, and took it back to the counter to have it replaced. He noticed the kitchen staff didn’t have hair nets on, but all had hair tied back or a cap or visor. The person who took his sandwich from him didn’t apologize, just said we’ll get you a new one. The manager brought a new sandwich out and kind of implied the hair was possibly from the meat or cheese that they get from a vendor…? We continued to eat and amazingly, I was halfway through my cranberry chicken salad sandwich and discovered a hair in my sandwich! Unbelievable! I said I can’t even go up and tell anyone, they will not believe me. But I did anyway. I was upset because I had used a gift card I’d received from
work to buy the dinner. I told the manager and said I don’t even want another sandwich. She offered to give me a gift card, which I accepted. She came to the table to talk to us, and seems like a nice person and apologized, which was appreciated. But I don’t think I will go there again.
Panera is usually a solid choice. It is here too. Their portions and proportions shift based on where youre at though. This one is fair, others are generous. Take it for what it is: Usually just fine.
This is absolutely ridiculous with this location on Paradise in West Bend. I was here last week and of course they completely screwed up my latte. I decided to give them another chance this morning and once again they screwed up my latte. I asked for a medium hot Madagascar vanilla latte with an extra pump and two extra shots of espresso. They added the two extra shots but it doesn't seem any syrup, Madagascar vanilla, was put in. This coffee is so strong, how I wanted it, but without the flavoring it's impossible to drink. It tastes very bitter. I don't know how I can say an extra pump of flavor and I end up getting none or they put Less in because there's no flavor whatsoever it's straight expresso. I also ordered the avocado egg white and cheese sandwich. When I opened it Not only was it rock hard on the outside but the avocado was all over the rapper and top of the bun instead of on the sandwich period the egg whites only covered half of the sandwich who wants to eat just the bread. I did not bother to call because when I did call last time I was told I was being sent Coupons for a buy two and for the latte And I never received it, So what's the point of calling again, I will never Go to this place again Period all together now I am out $34 in bad coffee and terribly made sandwiches. I don't have these problems at other locations. Really needed this coffee this morning because I have 19 hours of work ahead of me and it's so disgusting I cannot drink it
Came fir lunch a few weeks ago and things were not great but today Angelique seemed to go above and beyond.
