Usually a big fan, but I went to pickup an order recently and was just told “we’re really backed up” and to pull ahead. I eventually had to leave, and the app finally updated that my order was ready 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Not 40 minutes after I ordered. 40 minutes after pickup time. Reached out for a refund and heard nothing. I’ve enjoyed dining inside in the past, but I might rethink next time.

I usually have a decent experience at this Panera. Today I ordered two WHOLE salads for Rapid Pick Up. They were made quick which was nice. I went to go get them and was not happy at all with what I saw. I paid over 20 dollars for two salads that were not even half full. The ingredients were not as fresh as they usually are, either. I am a regular Panera connoisseur, and I know they usually fill up their salad bowls to the top of the container. I contacted support to get my money back. I was so disappointed.
This restaurant needs to pay more attention to their cleanliness. The man cleaning tables was cleaning table tops with a used napkin he picked up at a table. He went from table to table wiping each one with the same small napkin and no disinfectant.

Order was inaccurate. Sandwich was missing items it was supposed to come with and I was given the wrong side. We also had to wait a very long time for our order (which was not a large one) and the place didn't even seem busy. I typically wouldn't mind that if the order had come correct.

Not bad. However, even when using a coupon provided due to lack of correct order, they still mess up. I'm not sure how that happens, but i guess it does. The food is usually really good, which out does a big portion of the bad service.
