I order last night and talk with a lady ask her to repeat my order just to make sure my order was correct ok she transfered me to a system where I pay for my order we was really wanting some pizza hut and she told me 25 mins so I waited and waited nothing so it's coming up on closing time I told my husband to call and check it was fully paid for and I got a text message to confirm but sad part is the pizza was never delivered and no answer after we waited and no communication to tell us we wasn't getting our food very poor customer service I not the person to do this but this have to stop I definitely need my money back ASAP it's one thing paying for something I didn't get .

Every time I order and pick up pizza at the West Bend WI store I always have a good experience. Every employee is happy, prompt, and provides EXCELLENT service. I always leave the store with a smile on my face. Cudos! We've all encountered disgruntled, uninterested attitudes of 'fast food' workers. I just haven't seen it there! Keep it up!

One of your delivery drivers was just speeding through a yield sign on maple (completely under construction, not yielding in the slightest) nearly smashing into me. It’s a neighborhood.

Called to order ,they said 50-60 minutes, it was an hour and a half. They had doordash deliver it . And it was ice cold... super disappointed.

Order pizza for delivery. Told a certain time. Ten minutes after the delivery time get a text it will be another 50 minutes. Called Pizza Hut they said it was for pickup when I told them it was delivery they put me on hold. Then several minutes later they told me it was for delivery but it had been sitting there for pick up. They also mentioned all their delivery drivers wanted off so it was coming door dash. Well it arrived cold. Never again will I order from them.
