Maybe if your serving were just a little bigger people would not have to ask for more.... I always think maybe if the server was fixing their own plate or thinking they were the servings would be a little bigger

One of the worst attitude people place i went to this day wednesday at qdoba staff was really very very rude no smile nothing on their fave all the girls was just trynna react over there as a amazon driver we go to different places but to be very frank i never seen service like that even there is 0 stars i was about to give that to them rude people

They really need to focus on the people in line first, versus online orders. There were 14 people in line, and I waited 30 mins to get my food.

This particular location has been going down hill lately, food is chain food pretty good but the employees almost make you feel bad for being a customer. This shift 3 people at the line, the taller light blonde hair guy with glasses rolled his eyes when I walked in, no greetings for coming in only stares. Then was rushing through the bowls I had two bowls, he was assuming what I wanted ended up giving me the wrong queso before I could say Diablo he poured the regular one on it (not a huge deal just the rushing with attitude was off putting) I told we wanted diablo and he just threw the diablo on top didn’t offer to start over, gave a half scoop of chicken because they were almost out of chicken. I had to let him know before he pushed the bowls to the other guy I wanted fajita veggies, then the next guy zero words no acknowledgment I just told him what I wanted he did it without looking at me. The girl at the cash register was at least nice (brown hair), I feel bad for her she seemed stressed. That shift was at 12:35pm on 7/12/25. The place wasn’t packed or anything either, so I’m not sure what the issue was. But I’ve been here with zero other customers in the last few months and have gotten the stare and zero words while taking my order. Not sure what the deal is but they need some customer service training.

Waited 20 minutes well staff was making jokes and almost purposely moving slow, and doing all the online orders so the people in line would eventually walk out. They need to hire some better employees who actually respect that people are paying for at least halfway decent service. Another customer in line also had told the employees that we all see them laughing anf making jokes well not taking peoples orders,If I could give no star I would.

I had to ask for gift card and his response...oh you want one?
Yes...I just missed 40 minutes of my conference and travel time!!!
Qdoba got an F- in service.

Awsome food as always. Been a long time. Nothing costs extra but meat now?!? Awsomw. Kaylen helped me at register. I'm in crutches and he was nice enough to bring my food to the table closest to trash napkins and bathroom. Very very nice employee. Great job. The lady who made my naked burrito had poor English. But she was trying so hard with her saying some of the words. Great work guys. A+

Food is always decent and consistent here, but every time I’m in the staff seem to be unhappy or very unwelcoming. Today when I was in, the first employee (who starts your meal) said zero words the entire time. He did not greet me, no “hello” or “what can I get you” or even a “what do you want”. He just stared at me until I said hello to him, and he did not respond. He continued to just stare at me until I ordered. He didn’t ask me what kind of rice I wanted or what kind of beans, zero words. The other two staff members spoke to me thankfully. I have been in here previously with staff members yelling at each other, one time a female employee running the register was yelling at another employee, slamming things down and throwing things around the counter while still checking me out. Again, food is always decent, just hope their employees are okay.

Came in today, after having some pretty bad days. Ordered the food we usually do, went to pay and the card declined. No other money and tears were about to form. There was a redhead (manager I think?) who decided to pay for me and my mom. It was the sweetest thing that's happened in weeks. Thank you!
