Always good and friendly service
Really unfortunate experience. Hot subs were picked up and cold. Cami, who says she is the owner refused a refund or a remake to fix the cold sandwiches. I would recommend trying one of the other subway locations in West bend .

Bro only gave me two slices of cheese and wasn’t even listening and almost toasted my sub. Then when this family (that consisted of a mom and her daughters I think) was walking out he said a friendly goodbye then just blatantly stared at their asses as they walked out the door and to their car.
Young man was training new employee. He was certainly over worked. However he was very apologetic and created a very good sandwich. It was over the lunch hour and people were starting to wait.

My uncle and I made an online order but when we got there they did not have our order. They said we needed a receipt. We went home and printed a receipt and returned to the store, then the girl there said one of our subs had been there for hours. My Uncle complained and we insisted on 2 new subs. They made them up and we tipped them even though we received our dinner hours late. My Uncle wrote to the store about our experience and was promptly banned. We wouldn't spend another dime there either way.

The foot long cookie was not done. Needed to be cooked way more then it was. Tasted like it was not all the way made, cooked right. Was cold in middle areas, way to not done gooey in middle spots as far as not being done gooey not a good gooey. 1st time trying it will try another location next time. Cashier was friendly, patient, kind, great customer service.

Came in kinda late Saturday, Gauge gave us wonderful service, was kind polite, was patient, as my children were trying "new" to them subs that night so they were kinda of pokey, as mother I see his parents are raising an amazing young man! 10 out of 10 service, shout out to Gauge for making it a wonderful experience even when it was so close to closing time! Keep up the amazing work!

So the two men decided to just say they don’t know they don’t know much of anything on the deals all they care about is the coupons that t people bring to them in person. Very sad but not surprised cause these kids get paid to not care about customer
