Our entire order was wrong and we didn’t get our churro. The receipt says “if it’s not right, we will make it right”. I emailed the store (paradise store) and their reply was “ we are sorry this happened”. That’s how they make it right? I paid for food I didn’t get. I will never eat at this Subway again.
I ordered on the app. Subway charged my card. I called the store. They told me they did not get my order and gave me a story about how I would get a refund. I tried calling back to ask when I would get the refund and they would not answer the phone. I called twice and kept getting hung up on.
So now they charged me and I will not get the product!!! The salesperson was not helpful at all. I will NOT eat subway again
