There is a very nice Indian woman at this location who always gets my order right and always says hello to me. She also always seems in a good mood. I order from this subway on my breaks from my work nearby a lot.
I look forward to her greetings. The interactions are quick, but it does a lot for my day.

It says online that they open at 8:00 AM but it wasn’t until 8:23 that a couple with a young baby and no uniforms got there and opened up the store. I got there at 8:20 to get a sub but after witnessing this I said forget it. I called and asked what time in the morning they open and was told “my store is open”. If these are the owners this shows a great lack of professionalism. I used to be a shift leader/person in charge at a fast food restaurant and I’m very understanding of the industry but when your in a leadership role you need to be on time specially if you’re opening and you shouldn’t have a young child with you. This left poor impression. If you struggle to open on time I would recommend updating/changing your hours that will allow you to setup and open on time reliably and comfortably. Also being in uniform wouldn’t hurt. Bringing your young child into work especially a restaurant like subway is not a good look either.

I stop here whenever I'm in the area and need a sandwich. The couple that runs this location are spectacular! They are super friendly and efficient. Their restaurant is always very clean- including the bathroom. They accommodate my special requests with a smile.

Garbage how can ya confirm that the you stay open til 10pm, 2 weeks ago but yet are closed by 930 pm get some less lazy employees or change your hours to be what they actually are.

Our entire order was wrong and we didn’t get our churro. The receipt says “if it’s not right, we will make it right”. I emailed the store (paradise store) and their reply was “ we are sorry this happened”. That’s how they make it right? I paid for food I didn’t get. I will never eat at this Subway again.
