They take forever make your food and pull this move where they say you can only make a mobile order and then are upset when you have a mobile order. The workers are just plain rude and have zero to no customer service skills and act like you must be incompetent. As someone who has worked in food service and AT a Taco Bell their behaviour and work ethic is ridiculous. Not to mention they often forget food items in your order. This place has severely gone down hill and its sad to see people behave in this manner.

I Ordered online and picked up the food through the drive through and was the only car. I ordered a combo and upgraded the drink to a large but was not to pleased to see the result. I suggest possibly making the online order drinks at the time of the pickup to avoid similar scenarios. Overall I’m always satisfied with this location.
Fist time stopping by at this location, employees were friendly and communicated effectively. The order wash fresh, neat, and all toppings were on point and delicious. Also, them cheese fries were cooked with fresh oil...would recommend this location to everyone 👌

Hardly any Sour cream on my tacos and was initially missing a taco, however they did correct that. And gave me extra Sour cream, but it was a extremely long wait to get my food

25 minutes for tacos is not where it is at. You processed 6 cars in 25 minutes. Pretty sure I saw the same people get two separate meals at Culver's while I was stuck in your drive through. They put you to shame on the service times.
Do better Taco Bell……. I mean when ordering you expect safe food not to bite into your meal and literally have a 3inch hard cardboard. Went through the drive through around 3:20pm on 10-27 and the place was a ghost town so no excuse for being busy and “forgetting” to remove the damn garbage that you warm up your meat in.

They ran out of oil for food. I didn't get the food I ordered. Employees over worked and not knowledgeable. My son and I will never go thre again.

The way this restaurant functions has been terrible through and through. The drive through is always an issue. I went there multiplied time and no one even answered. Then I went yesterday and they said the drive though was down. But they said it thought the drive though box. I’ve only gotten food here successfully 2 times the whole time it’s been open and I live in town. Absolutely ridiculous. I will say the kids that work There are great at the service aspect

I sat at the order box in the drive thru for 20 minutes before they even took my order. After being the only customer person in the line it still took an extra 15 minutes to get my food. With all that time you’d think they’d get my order right nope they messed up everything. Go five minutes across town that Taco Bell is better.

Food is always wrong, multiple times have received a bag of just sauce and when returning for my food they start making it after I have pulled away from the drive through. Employees are not helpful as well and usually have poor customer service. Disappointing almost every time with drive through times being consistently 10+ minutes.
