At the window in the drive thru, we were handed multiple sodas after the machine was out of syrup. We had to ask for receipt and we had to ask for our credit card. Once we arrived home, we discoved multiple items where broken up inside wrapper as if the contents had been tossed around. We will not be going back.

Three of the employees went out of their way to distinguish which one of the crunchwraps we ordered had no tomatoes and made me laugh. 10/10 customer service and food. Thanks for the giggle lol

As a delivery driver. No I do not want to wait 30+ min for an order. And when I ask about said order. Pink hat lady has to talk smack from the end of the kitchen. On how they are buisy and I am not. Excuse me? What? No..... no one should have to wait that long for tacos. By the time I got it down the street for a customer. Customer stated it took 2 hours and 3 delivery people to get that order to her. Omg unacceptable in every way. 10/10 do not recommend for dine in, or delivery. If the corperate people are there babysitting. Than it gets done. Last time I ordered dine in it took 30+ min because they were too busy making tik tok videos.

Sat in the drive thru over 40 minutes to just pick up a mobile order. One vehicle order took and complete before moving to the next vehicle. This made me late for work as I was already thirty minutes ahead of schedule for work. This is no way to run a business to keep customers.

I was with my son and his friend and said, what do you want Culver's or TacoBell. Came to conclusion, let's give Taco Bell a try. I am full and it was low cost. I like that they even have Pico that can be added. We got cantina burrito, pretty good with add on's. The 7$ box is filling. Service was friendly and got ice water on a hot day. Vote from our group is that we would come back but for our tastes still choose Culver's if it was to be voted on again.
I did not go in so cannot comment on the atmosphere. I have not eaten Taco Bell in years. Took a chance out of hunger and curiosity. The nacho Doritos tacos were ok but messy. The grilled chicken burrito with extra chicken was a disaster. Cheese sauce was horrid. It had rice in it. It had crunchy chips in it. According to what goes in a regular friggin burrito the only thing they got right was chicken, in a shell, and grilled. This is likely the last time I would ever consider Taco Bell again.

My first time at this Taco Bell. Service was great. The nice man even offered to take my order at the counter when he saw I was having trouble with the kiosk. It was a to-go order and when I got home everything was in there that should be and the food was all made to perfection. I love Taco Bell and will be back to this location. Thank you.
