first off if I could give this worse than 1 star I would. the food was not good and not prepared well. the steak we asked for was medium well, and I'm not gonna lie I'm pretty sure they threw this on top of a campfire for an hr before giving this to us, this steak was beyond black. Second one of our chicken meals came to us cold along with the extra fries not given right away and brought out ten minutes after we gave them acknowlgment. someone else was missing there extra order of fries to, we told them at the same time, we didn't get this order of fries once they were made aware until probably 30 mins after. Now I asked for a bacon cheeseburger, this burger wasn't made with the other meals. in fact I waited probably 45 minutes for this burger after everyone else already got there food if we can call it that, and we're finished with there food, I had to take this burger to go. I was very dissapointed in this restaurant and will not be returning.

We go to TRH about 1-2 a month and have always pretty happy with the food and service! Unfortunately tonight was not very good at all. Prime rib was dry (and now has more stomach in knots), the Chicken Portabella was a mess and had 2 mushrooms, and the cheeseburger sliders also dry ( 7 French fries as the side) Maybe just an off night and really hoping this stomach ache doesn't turn into something else!

1/1 star for the rolls. 1/5 stars for the entire experience. first batch of rolls were great, second batch not so much. not only did our appetizer get delivered to the wrong table -which the table happily ate, we received our appetizer with the wrong items included on it. they happily took off our mistaken appetizer, but only at a 66% discount. our entire table ordered ranch at the very beginning, the food came and no ranch was to be found. after further request of the ranch, we were told they ran out and "it was being made". we waited and asked several times for the ranch which we never received. how can you eat chicken tenders in wisconsin without ranch? after eating our plain food, we requested boxes. after waiting several minutes and asking an additional server for boxes, we figured the boxes were simply "being made" just like the ranch. the place sounded like a bull in a china shop, and i stood in puddle of urine at the urinal

Our annual trip to Texas to use the Christmas gift card from my parents...while we probably wouldn't come here without the gift card, we've come to look forward to it and making memories along the way. We keep pushing our dinner time ahead 30min to try and avoid a wait so arriving at 430p we thought we'd be good but still waited about 20min for a table; looks like we'll try 4p next year. I always get the critter salad and it's always very good; can't top the rolls and butter either but they were behind on making them and our table of 6 got 4 rolls to start and 4 more 15 min later....service was attentive and rest of the food was fine. See you next year!

My neighbor and I drive out to soothe our wounded souls after a rough week full of disappointments. We just wanted a hot meal and good service. We were not disappointed. We arrived and had to wait because the restaurant was super busy with early October birthdays but the staff was friendly and helpful. They offered us a place to wait and promptly notified us when our take was available. We love this location -- even though we have to drive shit 30 minutes to get to it. Tonight was a dark overcast night but we needed comfort so we grabbed our little Service dog escort and headed out into the sunset toward the Roadhouse! We always order 6 oz or 8 oz Sirloins, salads, potatoes, and broccoli. Tonight, we splurged and added real sodas! LOL Yeah, we are two FANCY gals! I got little Sir a kids meal -- which he ignored cuz he was on duty! Our food was delicious. The steaks were cooked just right! My neighbor loves the cold salads so she was elated! I'm a sugar junky so the cinnamon butter and hot rolls made my heart sing! We were in our Zen space! Thank you to all the staff who were writing so diligently tonight. It was really busy in there and you guys were making things happen with smiles on your faces. It couldn't have been as easy as you made it look! Amazing!! Good job! Well done! Our wait staff was perfect. She was pleasant and even remembered, Sir Buddy and little things about his order -- like no seasoning on the meat or butter on the broccoli! Thank you for taking such good care of us tonight! We really needed it. We had a rough week. Sometimes you really do want to go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came! Thank you for being fabulous! Your service was great! The food was great. The value was great. It was a great night!

This place never gets my steak right. We ordered two steaks medium and got one medium rare and one medium well/basically well done. Service was fine. Pretty loud on here even around 8 pm. Shrimp were underdone. Corn was pretty sad. Only reason it gets two stars is the rattlesnake bites were good and the server was okay.

We came for dinner on a Tuesday at 7pm. We were quoted 15-25 minutes for a table and we waited 40 minutes to be sat. Other than that, the experience was okay. Food was quick and good. I ordered a medium-well steak and it was medium. My husband ordered a medium steak and it was medium-rare. Our server was very nice and attentive.

I would give it 5 stars just for how nice our server Michelle was! However food was just ok - chef was slow at cooking and wrong item came out for my son. It took 1.5 hours from the time we sat down until the time we got the bill . Food looked great but was mediocre and possibly rushed. My son ordered a filet and got a Sirlion steak well done. And by the time his came out it was already an hour wait for the food. He is 10 so we didn't want to stay too long. Food at the other location in Michigan was so good that while staying in Wisconsin we decided to stop in Tvis location . Service by waitress was excellent just food quality and chef prep wasn't as good as expected Stop in and review for yourself .

Girl at the host stand with the septum ring is beyond rude and didn't even say hello or greet us at all, but our waitress Bethany C was extremely nice and attentive, we overheard her dealing with a difficult elderly couple and she was extremely patient with them.

Walked in line to make a reservation and had to wait about 10 minutes for several workers to flirt with the party before me even to be greeted by the hostess. Went back to wait in the car for the "15-20" minute wait but upon walking back in there were employees laying in the ground and vaping in the restaurant. Upon being seated we ordered drinks from the so called bottomless/endless section that were empty paper weights most of the visit. The kid wanted chicken critters and were served some sort of breeding with minimal chicken. The side of mac n cheese was nasty and not edible. Wife ordered the app sampler with boneless wings, rattlesnake bites, and, fried pickles. The boneless wings were overcooked like hard breading/jerky. Rattlesnake bites were cooked till no filling was remaining. I ordered steak with fries and chili. The chili never arrived and had to ask for it to give to my wife. The steak had a rewarmed microwave flavor and fries were good. Upon receiving the bill I told the server I was less than impressed with our meal when he asked if we needed boxes, advising it could be thrown out due to our dislike. He said sorry to hear that and never came back... I paid our bill on the device on the table after a good long wait for him to help us with it. Also the restroom was beyond acceptable with what looks to me like pee all around floor. Manager was talking to someone when we were leaving about a bad takeout order also.
