Went for dinner with 3 other coworkers. Overall good experience, we all had good food and and a fun time. Only issue was the waiter was a little snobby.
Always visited Texas Roadhouse when I lived in Texas and now that I'm back in Wisconsin it's good to go back to a familar place. The hosts could use a bit if a refresh on being a bit more professional and less high school clique like. On my last visit it took a good 8 minutes before we realized the menus were on the far side of the table, usually we've been given them or reminded. We were chatting amugst ourselves so we didn't pay attention but realized after awhile. It took some time to get service but it wasn't busy and there wasn't a wait. The food though... omg was the food amazing. Mainly the steak. But I do enjoy their steak fries as well! Everything else imo is hit or miss as it's so heavy in butter (corn, g beans, etc). My big fat sirloin was cooked to perfection, I may never order anything else when i go there again!!! I'm already looking forward to a return visit for that steak!

Great food! Wish you offered DoorDash, though!Update: came in tonight 4/21/24 and Alivia was our server and she is absolutely great! And the food was super good!

-Got there at a busy hour with my husband and was asked to wait 15 minutes. That was fine.-Waited about 30, watching EVERYONE clear out around us (including people who arrived much later than us)-Fed up at the 5 women at the front just chatting, decided to ask about the wait and they put down the wrong number and couldn't be bothered to talk to us as they went around the corner time and again to do things, seeing us and just ignoring us as we waited-I was frustrated, but dismissed this because at least we were finally to be seated and get some food, but they sat us in a weird makeshift table in middle of an aisle despite empty booth surrounding us. Needless to say it was an awkward fit.-Only saw our waitress to take our order and to bring it (30 minutes+ later)-I requested a refill when she brought the food, took the whole meal to get it (third time and last seeing her)This the first time in my life I left somewhere leaving 0 tip. It felt wrong but it was simply not deserved.What frustrates me is there are WAY too many employees at this particular Texas Roadhouse to try and justify this lack of service. Half the time 2 or 3 waitresses would be in the empty booths next to us chatting with eachother. One was on her phone with cleaning supplies out next to our table, just texting instead of cleaning or doing anything. As we left there were again at least 5 women at the front desk area once more simply chatting.Overall, I like the food here but it's a shame I definitely will not be returning to this location. Rather drive an extra 30 minutes to a different one with hopefully proper service.

Pretty good meal with friends on Sunday, not too busy. Service was good and everyone was happy with their meal. Prices are reasonable for what you get. You can pay at your table with a card or the server with cash if you want. We'll go back.
