This place is worth the drive through the beautiful Kettle Moraine. For starters don’t miss the Crave Curds. We had the herb chicken and glazed salmon entrees, and both were excellent!
I miss Braising Pan!! Great food, staff and atmosphere, misfortune stole it away!

Edit: So sad that it looks like they may be gone for good after a tragic fire. This place was so amazing and I will remember it fondly. I wish good luck to the owner no matter what path they choose.The food here is always fantastic. The service is great. The restaurant is small though, so there is often a wait. If you have a large group or are going during a busy time (Sunday brunch or Friday/Saturday evening) you should consider a reservation.
