9/4/24...Sicilian, Tuna Salad, and kids hot dog meal. Kids hotdog was 6y/o approved plus nice variety of chips. Sicilian and Tuna were normal, sub ingredients are basically the same everywhere. Bread was better than most though. Where they lost stars was the cleanliness. All the boths were dirty with crumbs. With 4 or 5 ppl working and we were the only customers, someone maybe should clean up. Everyone was friendly. Ice cream is always a 5 star.

Uplifting atmosphere with knowledgeable employees. The food was excellent, but the location was hard to find on Google maps.

Love the subs but seems the staff wanted to close before the Friday (July 12th) 9pm listed closing time. Were closing up things. Still pleasant and willing to take order for subs, but they skipped toasting the subs. The Chocolate Factory is our favorite sub places because they toast our subs. Disappointed.

I normally don’t do fast food too often. The Chocolate Factory was under my radar, but my wife and I ate there the other day prior to shopping. The service was excellent and people were very friendly and helpful. Food came out quick (and added like was the bun on the sub was warm). I had classic turkey sub and was surprised how good it was. Atmosphere, hey it’s a small chain restaurant, but I did like it over most other fast food restaurants. Nice decor with local school student art on the wall. Nice touch.
Kid-friendliness: It’s designed for kids

Food seemed okay, but we had to return a sandwich because the mayo tasted off. We were told the mayo was fine and had horseradish in it. I guess I should have used my psychic superpowers prior to ordering.

Love the selection of ice cream! You pay by the ounce for ice cream, so I always get at least 4 different 1/2 scoops of ice cream. When I want more flavors, I have the employee give me baby scoops. Subs arrive warm and made as requested. Employee usually asks if you want what comes on the sub, but if they don't, ask or a lot of times it's too much mayo or oregano. Never too many onions, which I have to always ask for more. There's also croissant sandwiches, hot dogs, salads, soups & chili. Some things ordered have an extra charge. Besides many flavors of ice cream, there's a lot of Sundae & malt & shake choices, besides brownies & chocolate chip cookies..
Vegetarian options: Veggie subs
Dietary restrictions: Be sure to ✅ out before going. When special ordering, haven't had a problem getting the request done correctly.
Parking: Located in a strip mall. If it's lunch or supper time you may have to park & walk a little bit. Summer's are especially busy
Kid-friendliness: If your child likes subs, order it their way. You still pay the same price no matter what is on your sub.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground is flat & door opens wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair.
