9/4/24...Sicilian, Tuna Salad, and kids hot dog meal. Kids hotdog was 6y/o approved plus nice variety of chips. Sicilian and Tuna were normal, sub ingredients are basically the same everywhere. Bread was better than most though. Where they lost stars was the cleanliness. All the boths were dirty with crumbs. With 4 or 5 ppl working and we were the only customers, someone maybe should clean up. Everyone was friendly. Ice cream is always a 5 star.

Love the subs but seems the staff wanted to close before the Friday (July 12th) 9pm listed closing time. Were closing up things. Still pleasant and willing to take order for subs, but they skipped toasting the subs. The Chocolate Factory is our favorite sub places because they toast our subs. Disappointed.

I normally don’t do fast food too often. The Chocolate Factory was under my radar, but my wife and I ate there the other day prior to shopping. The service was excellent and people were very friendly and helpful. Food came out quick (and added like was the bun on the sub was warm). I had classic turkey sub and was surprised how good it was. Atmosphere, hey it’s a small chain restaurant, but I did like it over most other fast food restaurants. Nice decor with local school student...
