Melissa is iconic and always impresses us that she remembers our order no matter how long we’ve been away. We had the Tonkotsu and the Mazeman (but added the spicy broth and some Togarashi spice for a little extra kick). Keep doing what you’re doing.
Was passing through West Bend and looking for a place to eat. After strolling down Main Street checking out all the restaurants we were surprised to find Tochi Ramen in a bar. We talked to some other customers and they raved about how good the food was.

This is a truly unique place. Its styled interior is akin to a post apocalyptic or grim future. It features Asian dishes but doesn't try and pretend that it's Asian at all.
I had the tonkatsu and the broth was silky, delicious, and so robust. The shoyu broth of the braised beef using was amazing.
Be sure to also try the miso eggs, superb.
