Lady behind the counter was higher than a kite and couldn't process what anyone was asking. Took over 25 minutes to get our food when it wasnt busy and there appeared to be plenty of staffing. The restaurant was dirty. Food was COLD. Didn't return the food due to three hungry children

Manager who took our order was very rude. My best friend cannot have gluten. She just asked if they can do a the sausage, egg, and cheese in a platter. This lady rolled her eyes. No smile just very cold.

We just went through the drive thru 1 the woman running the drive thru had the microphone to close too her mouth and could barely understand her 2 she let us decide said to let her know when we were ready when we were ready no response we waited and we waited just wasting gas so we left definitely lost our business today

Ordered thru door dash. When the delivery driver arrived with my order I could tell some of my order was missing. The delivery driver said the lobby was closed so she had to wait for my order in the drive thru. I called the restaurant to ask about the chili for my salad and the extra chili I ordered the person who answered the phone claimed they told the delivery driver they were out of chili. I said the driver didn't say anything about that. The person on the phone accused me of yelled and hung up the phone on me. Half my order was missing. There were 2 other items I never got to ask about on the phone before the person hung up on me.

This Wendy's has been the WORST experience I have ever had in a Wendy's, and Wendy's has been my favorite fast food establishment since 2011 so that's saying a lot.
Simple order: Junior bacon cheese biggie bag ($5), sauce? BBQ. flashed my frosty coupon. Chocolate or vanilla? Vanilla. To go please.
Rang up for $7.69 and I paid too fast. I look at my receipt while cashier makes my order, oops she charged me for a small frosty instead of the junior coupon.
My name is called and I ask about the junior frosty, she says that's the coupon size. I mention she charged me for a small. She smirks and asks if I want a small frosty. I say I'd rather have the money. The cashier who turns out to be the manager refunds me my $2.~~
I'm out the door driving away.
My Ginger ale (lime) tastes more like lime soda water. Ok whatever, I can deal with that. 3 of my 4 chicken nuggets look like they were cut in half before getting breaded, so the manager picked out the tiny nuggets for the grown man buying the value bag, FINE.
MY JUNIOR BACON CHEESE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE BACON. That's when I decided to write this review.

At this point I don’t even blame the on-site workers. Whomever has this store in their region should be fired because they are not minding their territory. I can only imagine how low this store’s stats are 😬 Figure it out, please.
