I overall enjoy the food at this location but have two noteworthy poor experiences that stuck out to me. Once I ordered delivery for an 8pc, received 6pc, called and they only offered a free 6pc in person. Didn't end up doing it because I felt like the guy on the phone just thought I was lying for free stuff. It sucked and turned me off for a long while. Eventually came back and the service has been better. But one time I ordered wings at 4:40pm, showed up by 5, food wasn't...
