So dissatisfied, I have a normal waitress. I asked for her,and though it took her a few minutes to get our order,she stated she wanted to get our order in before a big group got their order in so we gave her our order, food and drinks. I watched her get our drinks together never went to put our food order in.we had 2 tables come in after us, which they finished their meal long before our food came. I get people are human and maybe missed something, but our regular waitress didn't admit she may have forgotten to put our order in like she said she would. 30 minutes later we got our food. The food was as always great. I can understand having a rough day and things happen, but no accountability or integrity to admit an error, and just give us a lame half excuse, was so heartbreaking, as when we decide to eat somewhere we go by the server not the name of the business. Features is not a place I have cravings, so is now off my place to go

Ordered ultimate French dip, a lot of piled up gross dry sandwich meat, no onion tanglers, no au jus on the side and tasteless. Not busy and the wait was crazy! My business is done there. They used to have great food but Iâm not spending this much on something this bad. I ate some of my daughterâs burger and that was not hamburger. We butcher our own meat, I know hamburger and that was not it! Husband had a sandwich he always gets and it was terrible. Maybe it was the cook on a Monday night? But I wonât be back

Went with friends to grab food and bowl a few games and every employee was mug faced and the attitude of âi donât want to be thereâ/ âwhateverâ was very heavy it felt like it was a bother asking for just a simple menu or napkin horrible staff great food!
