The sandwiches are always spot on. Staff is friendly. I usually pick up my order and the store is always clean and bright.

My order took an hour to be delivered. It was one sandwich. Not worth paying a delivery charge.

Never had a bad order, those college students are doing great, keep up the good work. Don't let the mistakes define you! There are always people that will say things

Picked up an online order for another patron and chips and beverage were missing

I’m not sure if they have changed management or improved management with the 2 times I’ve ordered, it’s been fast and correct, always promptly tipping drivers. Thank you!

I specifically stated i wanted a build your own with ham, roast beef and pickles. they made me a number 8 with all of the normal toppings and roast beef instead if ham. my first time there and I’m not going back.

Half my delivery order was missing. I called & they said they would send it out. I was 1/2 way finished with my sub & asked for a credit instead. I was told I had to speak to a manager. I finished my sub waiting on-hold for the manager. He told me they could deliver the rest to me but couldn’t give me a refund for the missing items. I was going to bed because it was late and didn’t want another delivery. He said that’s all they could do. I said if you can’t give me a credit then you’ve lost a customer that orders from you 1 or 2 times a week. He said ok. He didn’t say I’m sorry, or we’ll fix this. Just ok (meaning we don’t need you as a customer). So even though I’ve been a Jimmy John’s customer for 15 years, I’m now done with Jimmy John’s per their wishes.

It's so frustrating when you only have 30 minutes for lunch, you order food, excited to eat, it finally comes, and it's wrong. No time to get it fixed or get something else. So now I'm forced to eat this dry sandwich with only tomatoes on it. Thanks JJ. Will be ordering Jersey Mike's from now on. The delivery driver was great tho.

Haven't been there in years. Last time I was there, I thought the sandwich tasted a little funny and wound up sick for a few days. Haven't been back since.

I have ordered from this Jimmy Johns a number of times and they have gotten my order wrong. I have ordered through the JJ app where it clearly states my order and how I would like it and it is still wrong. I have called the restaurant to let them know my order was wrong and the customer service was not great. Plus when you order from the app for this location the app never notifies you when your food is delivered so it can be sitting outside for a while. I would recommend Jersey Mike's or Subway over this Jimmy Johns.

Took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my one sub. Called the store nobody apologized or offered compensation/coupon for the extremely long wait for a single order. The guy who answered brushed it off with "yeah yeah the driver should be there soon". Drink was warm and the ice was completely gone. The cup was soggy and leaking.. not sure how thats possible but it happened. Sub was warm and soggy. Definitely not worth the $16 for the garbage I got. Think twice before ordering from here.

The service is terrible! Last time I was in, the guy basically threw one of our subs at us. We do make some modifications (like leaving the bread in the top if we order #1-BLT, or no tomatoes) but the subs are always wrong. I'm not sure if it's new ownership or just lack of compassion for the job but I'll start driving out of town if we want Jimmy Johns because it has progressively gotten worse in Whitewater.
