I love JJs but this location has repeatedly been a disappointment. Multiple times our order have been missing subs (either pick up or delivery orders) or the order was entirely wrong. Delivery takes a very long time. Overall, customer beware, check your stuff or just accept the wrong items.
You order for delivery and say you're paying cash. The delivery driver doesn't have change. They say "I need to run back to my car." They take your order with them. They are gone for 30 minutes. Because they didn't have to go to the car: they had to go back to the store. This has happened multiple times now...If the drivers aren't going to have change, don't give a cash option. Or leave the sandwich and say "Oh, we screwed up."

It's so frustrating when you only have 30 minutes for lunch, you order food, excited to eat, it finally comes, and it's wrong. No time to get it fixed or get something else. So now I'm forced to eat this dry sandwich with only tomatoes on it. Thanks JJ. Will be ordering Jersey Mike's from now on. The delivery driver was great tho.
