After an early morning fire at Brookdale manor, behind McDonald's, McDonald's let the elderly residents rest in their dining room...and then charged them for coffee. The Elderly residents frequent McDonald's a lot. The should have been given free plain coffees during this emergency. Step up McDonald's and be a caring neighbor.
After waiting over 15 minutes for my order I had to go inside the restaurant to retrieve my order. After waiting for an unacceptable amount of time I was informed that they 'misplaced' my order and I had to wait longer for them to remake everything. Once I got home, about 10 minutes after receiving my order, I discovered my order was short items.
