An amazing, always surprising creative power drives this non tradisional restaurant. Brisket tacos? turn out to be wonderful. The fuji shrimp taco special, the fish tacos, the asada... you don't have to ask, its all wonderful. \nThe menu is created by an untrained genius of a chef. As good as any restaurant in the midwest. Don't miss this.

We were in town for a marching band performance at Perkins Stadium, and decided to venture into town to grab a bite to eat.

I am so glad we chose Taco Fresco!

Trio sampler was fantastic! Especially the guacamole!!

The Fuji shrimp, street tacos with rice & beans, and the steak quesadilla were also great!

Taco Fresco catered their fresh chicken and steak tacos, veggies, and chips with queso and salsa for my wedding! Along with Strawberry Lemonade and Hibiscus Tea! EVERYONE enjoyed their dinner, and Amador (forgive me if I spelled his name wrong) was SO sweet and helpful! Thank you so much for being a huge part of our special day, and we will be dining with you more in the future!
