Husband and I walked in. We didn't know they closed at 1PM. Open sign was still on and with people inside eating. The second we walked in, a man goes, "Sorry we're closed."My husband and I looked at each other confused. People were eating and looked at us. Really felt embarrassed!!Why have the door unlocked and OPEN sign on if you're closed?! Will not be back!

First off this place is not in Wild Rose it's in Saxeville. Drove there for breakfast and they only served lunch. The menu is on par with a kids menu. Immediately walked out after the very unfriendly waitress tossed us menus and didn't say a word. This place was a let down and disappointment. Find somewhere else to go.

Love this place! I am heading there this morning for breakfast. Great food and service.
Small cafe with amazing food. Clean as hell and just plain delicious food. Prices are excellent. For four of us with a good size meal the tab was just under forty. Highly recommendKid-friendliness: Beautiful changing table in bathroom for baby. Had high chairs and booster seats also. And had feminine supplies in bathroom should you need one.

Food is good. Owner is not friendly at all. Stopped for a ice cream cone- stated we could not have one as she was short staffed. Did have a waitress that day. How long does it take to put a scoop of ice cream on a cone??

I drive through rural Wisconsin a lot as a trucker . And have sampled a lot of these small mom n pop restaurants. I must say I haven’t always felt welcomed. For reasons I won’t digress . However when I walked in the door I found it so pleasant nd awesome that I was met with not a bad nor not overly positive attitude. But rather treated just regular. Like everyone else dining . I felt like although I stood out I blended in and I truly appreciate that. Also get the Texas French toast???? best I’ve ever had. Will come again everytime I’m passing through lil ole wild rose WI. Thanks for a great experience
