The Ding Tavern offers excellent burgers and food along with a lovely view of the river. The chef, Seth, is personable and friendly, which enhances the dining experience. The restaurant has a nice country bar and grill atmosphere, featuring big windows behind the bar that provide a beautiful view of the trout stream. Despite being a hidden gem known for great service and an amazing group of staff, parking can be a challenge. While the menu has a good selection, including craft beers, some customers mention wanting healthier alternatives to the deep-fried options, like side salads or vegetables instead of just fries. The bar has been remodeled and is now a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious meals and excellent drinks, making it well worth the visit, even if it is a little out of the way.
