Excellent food at this picturesque country tavern right next to the Pine River. Gorgeous views from the bar and deck. Can walk in backyard and take in the beauty, hear the water rushing around the huge stones.
Service is always excellent. Order at bar. Gets crazy busy on Friday nights. The food will be brought out by kitchen staff. Particularly recommend Ashley, great bartender.
The food is very good. I particularly recommend the pizza burger. Pizza sausage formed into a burger patty.and topped with sautéed mushrooms, pepperoni, Mozzarella, accompanied by raw onion. With cup of red pizza sauce for dipping. Delicious!
Highly recommend.
While in area, strongly recommend visiting the “Springwater Saxeville Covered Bridge” just further west of here, turn right on 24th Lane. So serene and peaceful.

Good place, but they charge a service fee for DEBIT card transactions which is in violation of the Frank-Dodd Act.

Terrific steak sandwich, excellent onion rings, friendly service
Awesome service! Angie was super attentive. The atmosphere and scenery is just lovely and serene. The pickle chips were outstanding with the honey mustard and the tenderloin sandwich was extremely tasty. Awesome drinks and pricing. Will definitely return to such a cool spot. Love it!!

Great burger, onion rings and drinks. Try to sit outside in the summer, real nice view. I have heard the pizza is also good, that’s for my next visit.
The Ding Tavern in Saxeville, Wisconsin is a small‑town treasure. Charmingly rustic and riverside‑set, it delivers pub food with genuine heart. Don’t miss the tenderloin steak sandwich—it’s grilled to perfection, with optional mushrooms and onions, and may just be the best beef tenderloin sandwich you’ve ever tasted. Local, simple, and superb. Friendly staff, beautiful setting, and seriously good food. Come hungry—and leave happy.

They shame bikers that are there to raise money for family that lost their son. They are disrespectful, rude and not nice people. These bikers poured their hearts to a family they didn't know to help raise the money to bury their child. We will never step a foot in there again. We use to support this place, but never again.
Quite little place along the creek with outdoor seating. Very relaxing place to share a drink or lunch with friends.
GREAT PLACE ALL AROUND !!!
Great food 😋
