“Privato hosted our 50-person wedding on 9/9/23 and we could not have asked for a better experience. Sara was so kind, helpful, and flexible during our planning process. On the day of our wedding, the staff were so sweet and did such a great job. I believe Alyssa was managing that evening and she did an excellent job and was so accommodating. We had guests tell us it felt like our wedding was being hosted at a friend’s house rather than a venue, and we agree. It felt so personal and special thanks to Sara and the staff. We also had guests tell us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! It was delicious and accurate to our guest orders. Also, the tiramisu was absolutely amazing! They were also able to accommodate a few tricky allergies our guests had, which we really appreciate. The space just felt so comfortable and Sara was so wonderful moving everything for us according to our discussed plan. Sara and the whole staff really made our day feel so special and relaxed, we cannot thank them enough!“

“This place is incredibly great. They have the healthiest and most tasty food that is available in the entire area. I have health conditions so I have a strict diet. This is one of the only places that I can go get delicious food. And it's actually super healthy for me. What a great cozy little spot. I love the owner she's super great to the customers. lake geneva Is lucky to have this little gem. They're completely natural homemade ranch dressing is unbelievably delicious.“

“SO GRATEFUL we were too hungry and exhausted to cook for ourselves tonight. Both my husband and I have typically been largely disappointed every time we go out to eat in southern Wisconsin, but this was absolutely top notch eating. We ordered 2 appetizers and their Milwakee pizza and everything was amazing. They have the best pizza hands down anywhere near Walworth county. We can’t wait to go back and try more food on the menu! “My wife and I randomly stopped here on a car cruise on a Sunday afternoon. We found the Google reviews solid for the area so we stopped. The bartender was really friendly and nice. We didn't catch his name but he went over the menu and told us what the specials were. It's a cozy Wisconsin sports bar with a huge menu. They have an AMI jukebox, dartboard, cardboard crack machine (pull tabs), and plenty of locals conversating at the bar. They have several gambling machines too. There are tables to the right as you walk in just in case right at the bar isn't your mood. We both got bacon cheeseburgers which I think was a half pound of meat. It was a monster burger and really good. If you're in the Delavan area please stop here. It's very good. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area. Thanks for a great experience.“

“It is worth the wait, understand this restaurant is very popular.When it is full,sometimes the food quality drops a little,ex: fries may need to be cooked a little longer or maybe you asked for ranch and got ketchup. Politely,ask and the waitress and kitchen make up any slips in the order.“

“Great food and awesome customer service!! We live in Beloit and happened to be in the area last year for my son’s basketball tournament. We were craving pizza after the tournament and found JoJo’s. The place isn’t much to look at from the outside, but inside they have the best food! And their service was amazing. My youngest was hangry and getting squirmy while waiting for our food; they brought out mozzarella sticks for him and didn’t charge us. We come back here from Beloit whenever we are celebrating birthdays or something special. I can’t say enough about how awesome this place is, food and really great people.“

As someone said - it's "10 pounds of potatoes in a 5 pound sack"The offerings are many and the selection is, surprisingly, very diverse.From my perspective, much more than a 'convenience store' as you may find off a highway or outskirts of a small city/town in Wisconsin.I'm sure they are stocking, and marketing, toward the tourist crowd that will pass by their little shop day in and day out during the summer. However, I felt very welcomed and hope their business booms.I haven't tried any of their food yet, but from the majority of positive reviews, I most definitely will the next time I drive by. Please show this small business your support, if only to try it out once!“

“Stopped for a quick meal passing through Walworth. We all got burgers and were not disappointed. The signature cruise in burger was excellent - albeit a little messy with the yummy sauce dripping into your hand. The fries were hot and fresh and crisp. The place had a homey feel - comfortable and tables not too close to each other.“

“I was a bit disappointed with my stop at Oakfire this time. We had been here before (August 2023) for a couple of appetizers and beverages. Service was very good and the food was fantastic.This time, the food and beverages were still great but the service was difficult to find. We were sat quickly and the stroller that we had wasn't an issue at all. The waiter seemed to be the same person who we were very happy with the last time we were in. Seemed like a good start but after we ordered, we didn't get much attention. Beverages weren't refilled and the waiter (and the trainee) didn't really seem too interested in our table. Not sure what happened but I hope the focus on service comes back soon...“

“Luis’s is such a gem in Lake Geneva! We order carryout several times a month and our favorite items are the burritos and tacos- all of the meat options are delicious (barbacoa is a favorite) and the portions are generous with rice, beans and excellent tortilla chips as sides. The menu is large with many options and the remodeled restaurant is fantastic! Consistent quality and reasonable prices. Only suggestion is to be open more weekdays for dinner during your winter hours- we’d be there even more!!“

We have also tried italian beef and wings and also great. Food is usually ready to pick up in half an hour, and delivery is also available. One of our go-to places in Delavan. Family run and staff are helpful and cordial.“
