“Joe taking the reins from Dave at this magical place is a gift for beer lovers and human lovers - both men are amazing human beings, so this transition should be smooth and tasty. When Joe opens he plans to continue with a wide variety of small-batch craft beers, often using ingredients grown right there on the farm, and he is adding cider and wine made with apples, stone fruits, and grapes already growing on the property. I can't wait for Joe to do his thing and open it up for us thirsty folks!“
