Just found this gem. The food was absolutely amazing! The truffle fries the best fries I have ever had. Great wait staff and fun dive bar vibe. Exactly how they describe it. A must try...your taste buds will explode.
Our first ever visit was on a Friday night around 5:30pm. The place was packed! We learned seating is essentially first come first serve. No worries, we ordered a drink and waited for 2 seats to open up. Was about 10 minutes.
The burger was an absolute delight! The homemade meatballs are super good. Make those into a meatball sub!!

Seriously annoyed.....not at The Bar Next Door, but myself. We have lived in Deforest for almost 4 years - and I didn't realize we had this treasure in our backyard until tonight while dining with friends. Food was astronomical (Truffle Fries with Garlic Anolie- WOWZA!!!) and service was ahhhhmaaazeballs (thank you, Chad & Tammy - you ROCK'd it 💕). We have found our new favorite date night hang....just bummed that it took so long for us to discover this fantastic...
