Had an issue between the website and the schedule. After speaking with the owner and expressing my concerns he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am incredibly please with the service!!!
Not sure why it won’t let me choose “no” as I had a really awful experience with Jake’s Pizza as they had the worst customer service. There was a huge lack of communication on their part. Ordered a pizza at 5:15 and all they said was, “see you soon.” 1.5 hours later and still no pizza. We tried calling for 20 minutes and the line was busy. Finally got through to someone so that we could question our order and even cancel our order as we didn’t know why it was taking...
