Had a great experience at this big boy! Food was hot and delicious, the shake machine was broke but IDA was able to make the shakes by hand in a blender and they were fantastic! Service was great and my kids loved the atmosphere! Definitely will return next time we are back to the dells
I stopped at Big Boy in Wisconsin Dells today — the first time I’ve been to a Big Boy in about 40 years! I was so excited to find one still around, and it did not disappoint. The service was friendly and fast, and the staff made me feel welcome right away.

Lea was amazing and spot on as a server and customer service experience was above board all the way !! Food was exceptional and better than I remembered from when I was younger with my grandparents!!! The best cheeseburger in the world was phenomenal and better than any burger I’ve ever had anywhere and I’ve had a lot !!!!!!
