Meat was excellent but the sides were horrible. Probably wouldn't come back. Price doesn't make it worth it when the sides are barely edible.

The food was amazing! I got the seafood trio, and my boyfriend got a filet. Service was a little slow, felt ignored at times. Like they just wanted us to leave.

Went here for a few free drinks, ended up with a $2 tab, tipped $5 and put it on a credit card. When we get back to our room we get hit with an $80 hold, so we go back- the bartender shows us the receipt for $7, claims he doesn't know what happened, and speaks to a manager who claimed it was a pre-authorization (which makes no sense because we never opened a tab with the card) and was confident it would fall off. Well it's been 2 days and the charge is still pending... we should've paid cash or gone elsewhere.

This place is a total scam, avoid it at all costs! Charged $80 for a $2 dollar tab and $5 dollar tip. Managers refuse to address the issue, even though the $7 charge didn't appear. Refuse to speak on the phone. Was pit off 3 times in 24 hours. Check you account statement, and if you are on a budget, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! This place is shady as hell.

Betul was/is an amazing server, I highly recommend coming to hot rocks. Ask to sit in Betul’s section, you will not be disappointed! Five stars all around!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere at HOT ROCKS was warm, vibrant, and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. But what truly made our night unforgettable was the incredible service from our server, Mira.

Mira was attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made thoughtful recommendations, anticipated our needs, and ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a great experience for her guests.

It was our first time here, Betul was an amazing server! We have 5 kids, ages 5-16 and explained in detail to all of them how to cook their own steak on a stone to perfection! Very knowledgeable about everything on the menu as well!

We had a great experience at Hot Rocks! Our server, Bethul, was extremely helpful and guided us through making our meals! She was also very friendly and had great suggestions! The food turned out perfect, and you can also cook it and warm it up if it gets cold which is great! The drinks are delicious too :)

3.5 probably the service was good and the rock was cool, but it was a little busy for us with toddler and the downside was a. everything not on the rock was mediocre (driest chicken tender ever), b. they forgot my 10% discount as benefit of living at Natura, you need to keep an eye on your own

We came with my family and we loved the food. It was delicious and the place is beautiful. We didn't like the service. We asked to sit on the patio, table 72 but the server didn't like us sitting there. He wasn't friendly.

If you're looking for a unique dining experience, then this is the place for you!
We ordered the calamari for an appetizer, and it was amazing!
I ordered a cocktail with strawberry puree, I forgot the name, but it was sweet and delicious!
We also ordered the tomato soup which was creamy and more like a tomato bisque, very yummy!
For entrees we had the ribeye and the filet mignon with lobster tail. The rock is so hot so you have to be careful when cooking seafood because it can overcook easily. I cooked the filet to medium rare and it was soft and tender. The lobster was a little chewy.
The ribeye was thick and took awhile to cook to a nice medium. But it was also tender.
We then got the creme brulee cheesecake, which was amazing and the ice cream on a frozen lava rock. My daughter loved that!
The service was great and the server was attentive and explained everything.
My only suggestion is to get some ventilation in the dining room. Be prepared for a lot of smoke from all the meat cooking on the rocks.
Overall this was a unique dining experience and I'm glad we tried!
