I used to go to Jose’s about once a month in baraboo and then the service just went to h*ll. The food was getting made poorly , I was getting dirty plates, stale chips , staff arguing with me that I couldn’t get the food made the way Jose made my order . I was getting charged more for the same order at the casino restaurant and on different occasions my friend and I threw our entire orders out because of how stale and cold they were . If i could give this place zero stars I would. I got married 9/27/24 up in Wisconsin Dells. I had booked joses for a late night snack 6-8 months out and had planned on a taco truck to be there at 9:30 the night of 9/27/24. Around 10pm I called joses cell phone multiple times with no answer. After talking to jose the day before and stating that he would be there. Luckily I didnt pay him anything beforehand, i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
