This is one kfc you can always rely on to be out of some sort of main item, who ever does the ordering needs to be fired and replaced with a primate either popcorn chicken or mashed potatoes or even chicken. it’s to the point I will never come back to this terrible excuse for a fast food establishment. They also say it’s per policy to stop cooking and fresh food 45 min before close!!!

Can't order online for delivery. I live in the Dells and when I use the website to start an order it takes me to their "delivery order" page which says "about:blank" and nothing loads. Drive through service is SUPER slow even if you manage to order ahead for pick up. Orders are always wrong which seems to be just on par with every fast food restaurant in the Dells area. Dining room still isn't open and they never open on time.
Kid-friendliness: I have 1 kid that doesn't eat meat or vegetables due to Autism and oral sensory issues and she likes their Mac & cheese. I buy a large and it's good size for her (11 years old). But for younger children would be a good size for a couple of them to share.

Best kfc I’ve ever been to. I believe short staffed which is hard to control but the food was fresh and hot and that’s all that we needed!

Avoid this place at all costs. Wait hours for food and manager is a jerk. When you ask to switch your order he says he'll move you to the back of the line.
