At this location eve August 16 ‘23. Sat near the hostess stand /door. Biz slow-group of 6 young servers clustered & talked our entire visit. had toilet paper all over the floor, not clean.
Very busy location, but good food that's consistent with other HuHot locations. Ingredients were fresh and well stocked.
The waitress asked if we had any allergies and I mentioned that we’re vegan but I didn’t realize that they offered special allergy bowls for the cooks to avoid cross contamination since I was not offered this but later read this is an option. They do offer a good Asian salad with mandarin oranges as a starter that is vegan and their sauces are well labeled as to which are veg friendly.
